I wouldn’t even give this place a star if I didn’t need to. I was there a few days ago, the staff (girl with short Bob with glasses) extremely NASTY. I asked her if i can pre order, she told me no… only selling on the spot.. so i asked her if i can get some… i asked her how many packs does she currently hv, she told me 1-2 packs. 1-2 packs? It’s either u hv one or two.. not 1-2.. then an older lady came out.. i asked her again.. she explained to me nicely that I they don’t hv boxes bc the shipment of the boxes didn’t come in yet… idk why we couldn’t just pack in a bag.. but ok… so i asked her the same question i asked the nasty girl.. how many packs do u hv that i can purchase at the moment.. she asked me how many did i want.. i asked for 8… she gave me 8 and i saw that there were many packs left on the side after the 8 packs i asked for were packed…. Horrible service. That girl with the glass should hv been fired she was nasty. I went to a different location two days later, trying to buy a few more.. that same girl happened to be working there.. i asked her again… do u hv any egg rolls, her answer was blunt n said NO with an attitude.. i didn’t bother with her this time. She didn’t seem like she wanted to do anything… my daughter went back ten mins later she saw them packaging egg rolls and told me they had them.. i said it’s ok.. i don’t need to buy it from them anymore. They don’t want my business and i can care less…. The nasty girl could hv told me “sorry not at the moment but if u come back in ten mins we’ll Hv them ready for u..” instead she told me NO. This girl needs to be fired. It’s the Chinese girl with the short Bob with glasses. Remember her n if u see her don’t bother asking her anything.. she doesn’t want to do anything....

My sister came from NYC and wanted her to have great experience with food. That being said, please avoid this spot. I used to get it from here since it's a great combo to go with the sweet tofu next door. But when my sister ordered here they gave her an overcook-semi burnt and room temperature batch. If you want to ruin your business because you can't make fresh batch for customers that take less than 5 minutes then just pack up your business now and leave. You just need to pour the mixture on the pan and flip it every now and then IF you want to put in some effort. Or just let it sit on one side for a while. I rather that then this poor excuse of work ethic to cut corners. By the way, there was NO ONE IN LINE and it was around 12 in the afternoon on a Sunday. It was probably sitting there...

I went to the Dennison Center location after work to grab an egg waffle. I was deciding what I wanted to order and then tried to catch the attention of the cashier to take my order but she completely ignored me. I continued waiting at the cashier and eventually she barked with hostility, "WE ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE!!! WHAT DO YOU WANT!?!!" When she finally went to prepare my egg waffle, she left the batter to overcook while pretending to do meaningless tasks which burnt the waffle. She then threw the bag of egg waffle at me and snatched my money out of my hand. I would not recommend anybody to go there. Poor food quality and EXTREMELY poor attitude. I wanted to support small shops in times of covid, but her rude and unprofessional behaviour was too much. I will definitely not...
