When they first opened, it was incredible. I feel as if their staffing has changed and it shows, so I hope they get properly trained soon. I always order a Large Thai Milk Tea with Panna Cotta from them. Not sure if it's shrinkflation, or if they gave me the wrong size but the cup size is definitely smaller. I'm not too concerned about portioning, but I always order it without ice. This time though they forced me to essentially put at least 30%. All that aside, my biggest concern is that they completely left out my grass jelly. This is not Cocos mind you, they pride themselves in quality! This is why I prefer them over any other highly franchised bubble tea shop…then they proceeded to lie to my face saying its blended in with the ice and I just can’t see it properly. On my way out he asked the barista who made my drink and murmured something and I could see their worried looks. I asked again and they reassured me that they did. They lied to me twice, really thinking I would believe them, I don’t like causing a scene so I leave. After checking again I called them, and they admitted that they had forgotten, but by then we had already arrived at our next destination. My first visit here was lovely - staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the place is clean and well lit, and the drink was delicious.
I asked the staff for their two most popular drinks and she told me about the Lychee Black Milk Tea which is unique to YGO. She recommended it with grass jelly and it was a perfect match. Light, refreshing, well balanced and definitely not something I tried before.
It's a bit pricier on its face but it comes in a large cup and the...

This location is in the very opposite end away from the Bernese Barista dog cafe. Similarly to the dog cafe, this location is also dog friendly and you can bring your dog inside.
They have a water bowl in case your dog gets thirsty as well. Owners brought out a bag of treats and let my dog have some as well.
Just note that I didn't see any nature's miracle enzyme spray readily available here. Please bring some with you and leave it in the car just in case. If your dog has an accident, you can retrieve it from the car to clean up. It's not necessary to do this and is optional, but I recommend it so more businesses will be willing to become or stay...
