Worst restaurants i have been too since a long time in this economy you would think restaurants would work to bring more clients.
20h15 arrived seated 10 minutes later (restaurants is empty) seated next to a door that doesn't close correctly and snow is underneath our table restaurant is e.pty you could seated us anywhere no worst seat in the house, waiters talking (3) of them just yapping with customers and not seeing a new customer at the door. Next 10 minutes to get greeted at our table and offered a drink or anything else.
Finally we order drinks they come beer is flat soft drinks are flat no tastes.
Staff seem fed up and want more to leave than to serve customers.
Food came cold and tasteless sitting next to cold means needing to eat fast.

I drove back to the restaurant and when I arrived their no one was at the front counter and I was still being put on hold. Someone finally saw me and said, âthe meal DOES NOT come with nachosâ so they changed the meal but didnât update it online, so I wasted money thinking I was going to get the nachos that it said on their MENU online......
Just the fact that I was put on hold and was able to DRIVE back to their restaurant gets me mad but whatâs even worse is that they didnât update their online menu...

   Read morePire expĂ©rience que jâai eue dans un restaurant. Je vais souvent au Barbies de Mascouche avec mon amie â câest notre place habituelle, toujours bon service, bonne bouffe, personnel gentil. Mais aujourdâhui? Une catastrophe du dĂ©but Ă la fin.
On est allĂ©s un jeudi Ă 15h, le resto Ă©tait presque vide, donc aucune pression de foule ni dâattente. Et pourtant, dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, le serveur nous regarde avec un air bĂȘte, zĂ©ro sourire, comme si on le dĂ©rangeait dans sa journĂ©e tranquille. Il nous installe sans dire un mot, ne propose mĂȘme pas Ă boire, et repart.
Quand il revient, je commande mon habituel steak avec crevettes papillon, cuisson saignante. Mon copain prend le burger Barbies. Il nous apporte simplement de lâeau, toujours sans demander si on voulait autre chose.
Les assiettes arrivent : mon steak est bien cuit, pas du tout saignant, et le burger de mon copain a une boulette brĂ»lĂ©e. La prĂ©sentation est nĂ©gligĂ©e, les assiettes font pitiĂ©. On lui mentionne poliment, et il rĂ©pond que âcâest lâeffet de la lumiĂšreâ et que âla viande est marinĂ©e, elle a passĂ© deux minutes max sur le grill.â Je goĂ»te : aucun goĂ»t. Je commande ce plat rĂ©guliĂšrement, et ce nâĂ©tait clairement pas pareil.
On reste polis, on mange sans faire dâhistoire. Mais on dĂ©cide de ne pas laisser de pourboire, parce que le service et la bouffe nâĂ©taient pas acceptables. Et là ⊠le serveur revient au moment de payer, et nous demande si câest normal. On lui rĂ©pond calmement que oui. Il se vexe, et nous suit jusquâĂ la porte pour nous dire : âSi vous pouvez pas payer de service, allez manger dans un fast food. Le service et la cuisine, câest pas la mĂȘme chose.â Il continue Ă nous faire la morale pendant quâon sort.
CâĂ©tait gĂȘnant, dĂ©placĂ©, et franchement honteux. Jâai jamais Ă©tĂ© traitĂ©e comme ça dans un resto. Service impoli + bouffe ratĂ©e = zĂ©ro pourboire,...
