Beware when ordering a high cake! I ordered a 6in TALL cake for my daughter's birthday. I was told it would be the height of 2 cakes stacked on top of each other. When I went to pick up the cake (it was beautifully decorated and exactly like the pic), I realized it wasn't tall! They gave me a cake that was a normal cake height and gave me some BS excuse that this was their version of "tall" and any taller would be unsteady... I was buying a cake for a surprise party for my sister graduation and I needed something really quick because the one custom I ordered in another they canceled the same day of the surprise party. Travaillant dans le service à la clientèle, je dois dire que j’étais plutôt déçue du service reçu. Je suis passée me chercher quelque chose à manger dimanche dernier. Déjà, le temps d’attente était très long & pourtant, il n’y avait pas une grosse file d’attente. 35 minutes pour me faire servir. De prime à bord, j’étais très impressionnée par les prix qui me semblaient peu coûteux, jusqu’à ce que je commande deux pots (du plus petit format, je tiens à préciser) d’aubergines et piments dans l’huile. Je croyais que ceux-ci allaient être pesés, comme les autres articles, mais non. La dame m’a demandé si la quantité était suffisante, comme je n’en voulais que pour ajouter à mes salades, j’ai dit oui. J’ai pris deux petites salades, une focaccia, un sac de fromage en grains, pour finir avec une facture de 36$, pour voir que 20$ avait été chargé pour la plus petite quantité d’aubergines et piments dans l’huile. J’étais tellement épuisée d’avoir attendu aussi longtemps que je n’ai pas bronché et je suis simplement partie, mais je souhaitais prendre le temps de mentionner que je trouve avoir été mal servie, déjà si c’est un prix fixe et aussi dispendieux, la dame aurait pu avoir la gentillesse de me le mentionner ou de remplir mes pots à rabord, question que j’en aille plus pour mon argent.
