Harvey's — Restaurant in McMasterville

Let me start by saying that I LOOOOOOOOVE Harvey's, by far my favorite burger chain, every item on the menu is simply tasty and delicious, fried items are always nice and crunchy (never mushy or soggy), burgers are always hot and juicy, condiments are fresh and crispy, and the hidden gem, the little bite size donuts are simply to die for ; no so-called "donut chain" even comes close!

Only hiccup with this particular location is that they obviously have staffing issues (and have had for a good long while now), so service suffers. Random closures, or open drive-thru only, or open no drive thru so you walk in and find two kids behind the counter, struggling to barely keep up... I was starving as i drove passed Harvey's yesterday and thought I'd swing by to pick-up a chicken sandwich as a quick lunch on the way home; pulled in, drive-thru closed (sigh), walked in, long line, placed my order... then waited 20 minutes to get my burger while watching my onion rings getting cold...the burger was absolutely delicious as always, onion rings were indeed nice and crispy (but cold by then), and wife was very irritated about waiting almost half an hour in the car for "my stupid burger"!

I love the food, but I feel like this place is constantly...

Ordered food fore and my girlfriend and when it came time to garnish the hamburgers the employee had no more ketchup so he left to fill it . He came back then was out of relish and mayonnaise so he left to fill them too . By the time he came back and finished garnishing the food was stone cold . He left everything out on the garnishing counter . Cold food was terrible I will never go back and eat here . You could tell the employee did not want to be there working . I would give zero stars...

Mon histoire: 1-je commande par l'application. Mais arrivé la bas, je dois faire la file du service au volant quand meme, alors je ne vois pas pourquoi utiliser l'app. 2- je suis arrivé a 16h55, ca m'a prit 15 minute pour avoir ma commande avec seulement 2 voitures en avant de moi. 3- une fois rendu devant la fenetre, un homme me dit qu'ils ont plus de grand jus, pas de probleme la, puisqu'il me propose 2 petits jus pour remplacer. Alors en moins d'une minute, le prepareur de commande me donne ma commande et les jus, mais pas ma boisson (miuntain dew). 3- Ca leur à prit 3 minutes avant de me dire qu'il n'y avait plus de mountain dew, par la fille qui prends les commendes. 10 secondes plus tard, le prepareur de commande m'informe qu'il n'y a plus de dew... 4- entre la reception de ma commande et le moment qu'il m'informe du manquement de dew, le prepareur de commande a: -embrasser la blonde -jaser avec les autres employés sur le fait qu'il se vente de faire plus d'overtime que les autres, gosser avec le comptoir à legumes, regarder un peu partout. Si seulement il travaillait pendant ses heures...
