QQ Restaurant — Restaurant in Meaford

I am changing my review from a year ago since my recent experience has not been good. Drove 20 minutes into town to place my order which was a C4 and C5 both including sweet and sour pork and/or chicken. I also ordered a red shrimp curry. When I picked up my order I checked the receipt and confirmed what I'd ordered with the person on cash. After being told all was there I drove home only to find that there was no sweet and sour sauce for two of the meals and the curry sauce was very runny and thin, unlike usual. I tried to call several times to let them know the error but nobody answered. I then called from my Husband's phone and they picked up right away. Obviously they knew why I was calling from my number. After a lengthy conversation they offered us 10% off a future order meanwhile two of our meals were missing the main component of the meal which rendered them unedible. We asked for the sauce to be delivered to our house and were told they have no drivers. They did offer a replacement curry with our next order but refused to replace the other meals. Great and authentic Chinese/Thai food. The pad Thai here is on point, including all the key features of the sweet salty and sourness that is required to make pad Thai. For the rest of the Chinese dishes, they are all made with seemingly great quality ingredients, with very fair portions. One order from any part of the menu is surely enough to be filling.

I highly recommended any one to try this place out. You cannot go wrong with any of the food here, comparable to Toronto/GTA Chinese food.

The staff here are also very nice, patient and will answer any questions in regards to the food. They also have vegan and gluten free options for those who need it.

Delivery from here is also on point as the food always arrives hot. They also deliver straight to the tent lines of CFB Meaford for those who are there.

Ordered chicken chowmein and 1 order of ribs, over the phone, for pickup, First red flag, im told 10 minutes for my food.

Now that im finally home after working all day in the heat i get to sit and enjoy THE FAT COVERED GRIZZLE

I deleted my previous review. QQ does not deserve 1 star for the disgusting dish they attempt to call beef spare ribs. Which are obviously pork or some other fatty animal as in all my years ive never seen such disgusting food served to LOYAL REPEAT CUSTOMERS!
