New Orleans Pizza — Restaurant in Meaford

I would just like to start off by saying how absolutely AMAZING the day time woman is! i went in yesterday and she was so friendly kind and sweet the pizza was absolutely amazing and loaded right up… But the lady behind her looked absolutely miserable, was just standing there with a dirty look on her face watching this lady work her butt off as it was school lunch rush , wasn’t helping her or anything just stood there… And the night staff is wild , they ether under cook or burn the pizza , you ask for a certain deal they have going on and they over charge you or don’t understand what you’re talking about.. i absolutely REFUSE to go in at night anymore i will only ever go in during the day when that lady is there! I know before she came back the pizza was horrible all around i refused to go in at all anymore but since she’s been back i find the place is back to how it was, SHE was the one who brought all the customers back and SHES the one who got the school back to loving New Orleans! ALSO i’ve noticed that a couple of the workers even the lady standing in the back being rude yesterday was wearing flip flops… i didn’t know that was aloud or even...

Giving away jobs to call centers not cool, new orleans... this is a huge problem not only for our local jobs but order accuracy.... They cant ever get my order right because there's no communication and proper order building. Ive asked multiple times on multiple orders to have topping on top of the pizza (THEY ARE CALLED TOPPING AFTER ALL) (AND SINCE WHEN IS THIS QUEBEC) The call center has put this request on paper (EVEN IN CAPITALS) and they cant seem to do this little thing... ITS RIGHT ON THE DAMB RECEIPT. The only time this location has erver been able to complete an order RIGHT, was when I was able to call the actual store. PLEASE do yourself a favor and order the next town over, because these kids don't care nor now what they are doing... STAFF NEEDS to be trained properly to complete orders on time and correctly. Horrible pizza, I asked for extra sauce. Both pizzas had very little sauce. I called them & they have absolutely no customer service skills. Claimed I didn't order extra sauce. Girl who answered the phone got my order wrong & they are not willing to make it right. The young lady who claimed to be the assistant manager was extremely rude & hung up on me. Offered a free pizza for next time. Not gonna be a next time!!!! I called their head office & the lady I spoke with was very pleasant. She had my order redone, however the assistant manager made sure that my new pizzas are a hot mess of way too much sauce. The pizzas are just big wads of soggy, wet dough. I have been a customer since 1996, but no longer. The assistant manager lost my business in about 20 seconds. I certainly hope her resume is...
