I went In about 45 mins to closing and the counter was disgusting. they had dirty knifes and used sub wrappers on it. I asked for a great Canadian club she took the dish off the counter that was used on a order before me and put my bacon in it to heat it up. I had asked her to clean the counter she said if I wanted it cleaned I should of came in earlier. she took the used sub wraper and moved every thing to the end of the counter smearing the sauce that was on the counter and then tried to make my sub on top. I didn't have a very good visit at the Meaford Subway when I went in the girl behind the counter was alone and she was just finishing up with a customer. I wanted 3 subs and her attitude was not very good towards me when she would ask me questions about how I wanted my subs I could tell in her voice she didn't want to do them. It was almost like she was trying to tell me in her voice and body language was were the only sub place in town so what are you going to do about it. Well I have no problem going elsewhere there are other sub places in Owen Sound Collingwood even Stayner. 0 stars if possible. Placed an order for 6:00pm at 12AM arrived at exactly 6:01 order was not ready. No big deal. But then i had to wait 30 additional minutes to receive my order. This option is supposed to be fast and convenient, and might I add, pleasant.
Not only was the worker disrespectful on the phone, but then they made me wait while they processed 3 walk ins that arrived after i did!
Tip of the iceberg, when i finally got my cold, soggy, mess of 3 subs, the absolute trash material that subways bag is made of ripped on my way out the door.
