barBURRITO — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

Very happy with our experience ordering online from Bar Burrito. We ordered for take-out for my birthday. 11 people total. It was super easy using the app and selecting everything we wanted on our burritos/quesadillas/bowls. We had ordered around 5:30pm for pick up at 6:36pm. When we arrived everything was ready to go. 3 bags sealed and ready at the counter for us. Staff was super accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived home everything was labeled as to what it was and…unlike many other large take-out orders…IT WAS ALL THERE AND CORRECT. Once we finished, a staff member even called to make sure the order was right and that we were satisfied with our food. Amazing service! This is one of our new fav spots offering healthy options at a great price....

I thought the guy was messing with me with how much sauce he put on my burrito bowl. He just kept going. I'm not exaggerating it was like a cup of sauce. But since I'm a complete beta I paid for it and said thank you, then drove somewhere else to get something else for dinner. I ate a bit of the chicken off the top just to try it but honestly it was like burrito soup. I don't think this guy had ever actually eaten a burrito bowl before. No sane person would put this much sauce on anything. I'm honestly still flabbergasted. It's sitting right beside me as I type this and every time I look at it I chuckle. Don't get a burrito bowl here unless you're just just looking for a bowl of sauce with a bit of rice floating...

Made the mistake of eating here. The restaurant was dirty. I’m assuming it was the manager that took our order. Miserable lady, very unfriendly very unprofessional. They were horribly cruel to a female staff member that just came back from her break in front of customers. How sad it must be for the only Caucasian staff member to have her teammates and boss speaking Punjabi around you. We will never be back. Waste of money, the food was horrible, didn’t taste fresh at all. Makes me wonder if I’m gonna get food poisoning. I wouldn’t even give it one star if zero was an option.
