Crust Pizza & Convenience — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

After a long drive, I was starving and saw this restaurant from the main road, so I thought I would give it a try. The exterior of the restaurant is totally different from the immaculate interior.

Inside is tastefully decorated and spotless.

Armando, the Filipino owner, exudes enthusiasm and pride. He welcomed me warmly and proudly explained his food and story of his business.

I was struck by his unwavering commitment to his community with awards for community support and a PAY IT FORWARD BOARD. If you have some extra money you can purchase a meal and post it on the board for someone else who may be hungry but unable to come up with the money to pay.

I know that the name is Crust Puzza, but I chose to eat the Donair here and it was excellent!

Love Crust Pizza!! We just moved to the area and love this hidden gem! Pizza. Amazing!! Donairs. Awesome!! Burgers. Delicious!! Even their spaghetti and lasagna sauce is so tasty and flavorful and definitely homemade. They have awesome choices of pizza sauces, donair sauces and lots of toppings! Their burgers are homemade too! Their side are all good. Onion rings, fries, dry ribs, chicken bites. They have a great kids menu. We haven't had everything on the menu (yet) but we haven't had anything we didn't like or love so far! Their customer service is awesome also! They are always smiling and friendly. EDIT: Crust Pizza is a gem. Order anything and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve ordered twice in two days-had to have a burger one night (EPIC BURGERS) and a donair next night.

Rick the owner is a master at his craft as are his team. You guys got all respect.

Get mozzarella sticks, poutine, a burger or donair and be happy tonight!

Antonio’s is too far and CRUST is accessible to all nearby hotels, the hospital, camp grounds and trailer parks.

Or just stop off the highway coming into town south in the #1 highway by the power plant!
