I wouldn't give this location 1 star...but that is the lowest star i could give....needs a minus 200 star rating. Went through drive through mid evening, ordered 2 foot long cold cut combos with my veggie list....Location was not busy at all, one or two vehicles in the parking lot...none in the drive through. Staff took order via speaker....very short wait at the window, paid via credit card. Young female presented wrapped completed Subs at the window, and I asked her to please put subs in a bag for me....she did...and I drove away to enjoy my fresh made Subs. Got home, microwaved one of my subs 40 seconds, unwrapped my Sub, took one bite, and realized that my Sub did not have any MEAT in my Cold Cut Combo....really??? Called the store immediately, told the first staff member my issue....and I was definitely upset....he then passed off the phone to the next staff member whe told me he had been with subway for 2-3 years....I asked him who was in charge?, He honestly explained to me that "no one" was in charge this evening, and the manager works mornings between 6 am and 2pm if I needed to talk to a manager. I explained that my order was solidly incorrect that the cold cut combos should indeed have meat as an ingredient. I suggested that they could send me two new subs via Cab...but he then recited the Subway policy....they wont do that...And I would have to drive back to the store and exchange the in correct subs for replacements. I asked about speaking to a manager....and he again stated that the manager works day shift...then I asked about speaking to an area manger, he had no clue. He did explain that there were numerous trainee staff members on tonite, and he didnt appear surprized there was a mistake. Although the male staff member kept his cool with me, he was expressionless, and really had no empathy towards my situation....because there was nobody "in charge" working this evening....complete insanity! I knew this was going no where very fast on the phone...and i simply could not return to the store ...so I will be visiting the store tommorrow, and discuss this entire situation explained to me this evening. Patrons Beware....Staff is obviously completely un trained in customer relations....and we shall see how the "manager" responds to...

All done, it is incredible- Subway could give out a bit more meat in their current flagship sub. A solid 8/10. It’s loaded with cheddar cheese and all the other fixings you so desire…
We both got two of their flagship upper tier subs and it literally cost double what 2 of their economical subs like cold cut combo or whatever.
But all in all the young men who work at Redcliff Dr location are very good at what they do. Food quality is very worth it, prices are getting high like everywhere else, but do you want a sub or not? ———————————- This was my best experience in any Subway ever!
After having a rather complex order, I was immediately helped by buddy, I did not grab his name, unfortunately.
Firstly, so no mistakes were made, we went to the till to see if the subs would qualify for this 3-sub deal they had on, and more…
Just to be clear, dude who helped me spoke English very well and clearly. At Subway, good communication (on both sides) is vital…
Subway introduced their ‘Suprimo’ subs, which had 3-4 kinds of meats on them, and they look great. B loved the Surprimo, including the standout capicolla on it. Along with Genoa salami, ham, pepperoni. And double cheese etc.
The 4 (huge) subs I got were made conveniently fast, but carefully.
This is a busy location, but the team members there are on the ball.
Very good experience this time around…
See you guys at this location (Redcliff...
Read moreThe best thing I can say about this location is that they are incredibly consistent.
Unfortunately, it's consistently bad service and when using the app, consistently not what we ordered.
Tonight, I took a couple friends here for dinner - dine-in as we just don't trust the app anymore. The service was so appalling that the two normally bottomless pit friends didn't want me to treat them to chips, cookies or even anything to drink. I think the only reason they were ok with the sandwiches was because they had already been made (by a different worker who hadn't treated us poorly). Unfortunately, one of the friends regretted even the sandwich as the quality/taste of some of his sub toppings was off. It doesn't take an eating disorder for these food service workers to trigger a loss of appetite. So, they are very unsafe for anyone with an eating disorder, especially an anxiety related one, and they could potentially cause a significant setback in recovery and nutrition intake, as they have done to me consistently. (I have been able to eat at other restaurants successfully, so it's not just my eating disorder being too severe, either.)
Even with the 'free sub, next visit,' that they keep offering to get me to come back so they can 'make things right' for me, it's not worth going here anymore. They can't make things right if they don't fix the underlying issues that lead to such consistent problems. Another bad experience doesn't make...
