On Aug 6th I placed an order for 2 party platers for August 8th. I wrote down the instructions and gave it to the employee with my order. I asked for lettuce cheese and the meat to be on the sandwiches and for the other vegetables to be on the side. they were for my 12 year old daughter’s birthday party an hour out of town. My husband picked up the subs at the agreed upon time and did not check them. Several hours later when we were ready to eat we took the subs out and realized there were onions, green peppers and cucumbers on the sandwiches NO lettuce and NO cheese. So not only did we not get any lettuce or cheese AT ALL but there were onions cucumbers and green peppers on all the sandwiches meant for 10-13 year olds. I called immediately asked for the manager to return my call. A couple days later she called while I was at work and I couldn’t talk so I called her back that afternoon and she wasn’t there she did not call back. I have tried several times and she’s never there and has not returned my calls. Poor service and extremely poor management skills. Very disappointed she never followed up on such a big mistake.    Read moreThe staff here are awesome and the best sandwich I've ever had from anywhere was made by them. I appreciated their lighthearted attitudes and jokes they told while assembling my order. Instead of being frustrated or judging me for being specific about how I like my food, they offered options that I didn't know were available (like double toasting) and went above and beyond to ensure my sandwich was exactly how I would enjoy it. The staff were respectful of customers and each other and they worked together well. The restaurant was also very clean.
This is, by far, the best Subway I have experienced in Alberta. They really seem to care about providing positive experiences to customers and truly understand that one of the draws of Subway is the customization options.
This property could improve its accessibility, like with a powered door and convenient curb cut. However, as a disabled person, at no point did I feel the staff were unwelcoming or treating me any differently than they treated my able-bodied companions.    Read moreThe customer service at this location was unacceptable during my order last night. I made an order through the app to be picked up within 15 mins while on my way to work. I had confirmation of my order but the restaurant had no knowledge of my order. I was told to wait while current customers were served before they would assist me. I showed them my confirmation and when they checked the system my order was found but their machine had run out of paper and they didn’t see my order. I was told to sit down and wait until they had time to complete my order when they had time. It was almost 40 minutes later when I had the sandwich’s I had ordered.
