The burgers are good never had an issue with that but have been having issues with is the blizzards and some of the staff as of late. Tonight was kinda deciding factor on leaving a review as every time I go at night, there is always kids working with out any adults present and it seems like they just don’t care about the customers and more worried about talking to each other, on there phone or talking to their boy friends or friends. Tonight came down the drive thru at 9:50 and the guy in the intercom was nice but the girl at the window couldn’t even say hi or give total of what I owe. Just shoves the debit machine in my face instead of asking how I’m paying as it was cash. Then closes window once I got my change. When the ice cream is up she grabs and does her quick flip with out window open and shoves it in to my hand and grabs the second one and just shoves as well and just was in a big rush. as I’m pull forward a bit I see a young guy locking the front doors at 9:54 when they should be open till 10pm. That’s just tonight I know they are wanting to close up and go home but customer service should always be first.
I was there a week ago or two but went thru the drive thru at night again as it was all the high school kids working. Sitting at the window notice 2 of them are on their phones texting. Ordered a blizzard, I have a habit of checking before pulling away fully because they seem to be cheep and only wave the ingredients past the ice cream before mixing. I was right there was nothing in it for a strawberry cheesecake as it was a faint red and no cheese cake chunks, I took it in to get corrected the girl did take it to the back but had to take her away from talking to what I think was her boy friend who was just sitting on the table that’s by the till had to give her back her lip chapstick ,she talk to the other girl who made it and tossed it, as she did that she said I guess I got to go back and do my job. But as I’m standing there waiting the guys are just standing there talking to the girls and the guys in the back texting on their phones. I did get my blizzard corrected thank you for that.
The last couple times I been there at night just not been pleasant with the kids always seem like they just want to be on their phones and collect their pay-checks. The day crew when the adults are in never have an issue at all. I never left a review before on any place and I don’t want to start but thought I would this time as it’s been troubling...

The person who took my order didn't understand or know how to take the order and instructed me to go to the drive through window. I told him what the coupon/code was for and tried to order, he said he needed to see my phone because he didn't understand, I showed him the phone but he wanted to take my phone. I refused to give him my phone, because it wasn't necessary if he was trained properly, it is also a brand new $2000 phone that I didn't want to risk one of us dropping AND due to contact reduction principles with Covid on the rise, I am not comfortable strangers handling my phone, a device i touch with my hands and face. He took offense at this, and got belligerent, I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said they couldn't help me and the burgers I was trying to order didn't exist-a stackburger- I didn't have a menu to show him, because he wouldn't let me order at the order intercom near a menu and so I drove away, BUT as I trove away, I heard him shout, something like, "Ya, you go, blah, blah blah" in his big man voice. This whole situation could have been dealt with using respectful customers service principles and tactics. Read moreIf I could give 10 stars to the very young counter server from last night (March 20, 2019 around 7pm), I totally would!!! It was extremely busy and he handled it like a total pro. VERY polite and quick to serve as best as physically possible. This worker deserves commendation for sure! In fact, I believe this SO much that I tried calling the store today to let them know of it. This is where my low star rating comes in. If I could give negative stars for this part I absolutely would! I tried calling just before the lunch rush, and was asked to call back after 1pm. I waited til 1:15 to call and each time I tried, a person would pick up the receiver and slam it back down. It was not a glitch, you could tell it was deliberate. I tried 4 times. Because your staff refused to speak with me, I contacted Corporate Headquarters. Corporate knows both my commendation for the young worker as well as the poor customer service shown in today's phone calls. I was transferred to a supervisor in their office and he took down all my info and all the specifics and will be in touch with your location's owner as well as with me later.
