McDonald's — Restaurant in Mercier

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location has the most incompetent workers I've ever seen. I've been many times over the last 5 years with different people who all order different things at all different times of the day. All shifts are equally incompetent. They have forgotten the meat in the burgers and had given us the bread with just condiments and lettuce. Other times there were big coffee grounds in the coffee that we had to spit them out. Nuggets weren't cooked enough, other times they were overcooked and hard like rocks. Fries had so much salt, tasted like the salt shaker broke open directly over the fries station. Milk shake was liquid like a glass of plain milk.... I could go on all day. But the attitude from the staff is a whole other can of worms...some genius loaded the food for 5 people into 2 paper bags in the drive-thru. Of course the bag broke open and the fries spilled and dropped in between my seats of my car ( yes in the damn abyss that no one can reach). Rectangle shaped Grease stains all down the middle console of my car. Whenever I complained, I was met with attitude even though they did give me coupons for free stuff the next time, that's not the point. The damage was already done. I could go on all day... i stopped going to this location long ago. Terrible experience all around. Don't walk, run away from...

Aug 1, 2021- ordered a chocolate sundae ( as advertised for $2 ) and was very disappointed with what I received. I told the clerk that there wasn’t very much chocolate and didn’t look like the photo advertised. He said they are only allowed 1 squirt of chocolate. I felt completely ripped off and it ruined my after supper experience of treating myself to a sundae. I received the sundae with chocolate dripping down the outside of the cup and next, the clerk dropped the spoon on the floor and proceeded to give it to me. Complete disregard for my safety especially during COVID and secondly, you never give a customer anything that has fallen on the floor. I will be contacting Mc Donalds Canada with my complaint for sure. TBH - I was floored when he handed me the spoon off of the floor… this clerk showed little self-respect, zero respect to me, or his MCD banner when he handed me a sloppy drippy sundae that had very little chocolate and should be reprimanded for making his restaurant look bad. 8:30 PM - would love to...

Completely messed up my orders 😒!!! Called them and they said they can't do anything because I've ordered through Uber and that I should complain to them, I asked them if the driver of ubereats prepared the order lol 😆 it was crazy when they don't compensate for their mistakes!! Ordered a trio and one item which is the main food is missing and the large fries don't seem to be large and ordered fruitopia strawberry but they gave me orange! What a mess!!! This happened to me with McDonald's chateauguay but they make it up to me by giving me the missing order. The woman I talked to is even sarcastic! Wow terrible customer service! Worst...
