Website says they take rush orders but when I called the next day they say they don't do rush orders. All I needed was a oreo blizzard cake, that's it. The employee also never even checked the portal for orders until I called in then said she couldn't even find my order but I recieved a confirmation number and email last night.. After all this she told me she would do it but I had to pay right then on the phone with a credit card which I do not have. Really disappointed.

Well here I am four months later!! Another problem. I called in about a week ago asking for a cake for my son's birthday, I figured since online was a problem last time I will call and speak to them... nope. I placed an order for May 15th because my son's birthday is May 16th. I got a call today saying my cake has been ready for the past two days and I need to come and get it. I gave the attitude right back and let them know this isn't my mistake, but actually theirs! They are going to make a whole new cake but who knows what's...

On a hot summer day this is the place to go before you play! Lots of great food choices. The honey bbq chicken strips are a must try- it’s my favourite item on the menu for food. Burgers are great too. But I always go back to the honey bbq strips! With so many ice cream choices it’s hard to decide which to go with. I love the dipped cones, the ice cream with half strawberry and half chocolate sauce. So many different types of blizzards and though they’re all good - I like turtles best. Love the tiny chocolate caramel turtles! Staff is friendly and helpful in teaching me how to use the app! Now I can earn points on orders and get free stuff later! Even better! The coupons on the app are great for saving little bits here and there. I also love that they have a new deal every day! Great way to run business! Lots of deals to be had! Newest visit was terrible. They need to remove the plexiglass as I can't always understand what's being said/asked. They didn't speak clear English either as they have accents. So I was charged wrong cause order was wrong. Got some money back. They wouldn't give me the .50cents off blizzards at time of purchase was told it was for next time I come. Never had this happen before. What's the difference if I just get back in line. Not impressed at all. Will be awhile before I ever go back.

It was a difficult time for me as I was with two kids and one needs a booster seat. They don't have any. At least I didn't see any. Small restaurant. Definitely needs to be bigger.
