I preordered pizza for my daughters birthday party today from Pizza Hut.

The pizza arrived late after 20 minutes on the phone with the store and the drive because they couldn't find us at Let's Play.

I left specific instructions on the order. And several times over the phone.

The driver continued to blame me for writing the wrong address.

After I waited 20 minutes outside to flag them down, the driver showed me what he wrote in the GPS. It wasn't the address I provided or what was on the receipt.

Apparently they have a no refund policy, and they won't issue a store credit that I can use myself, other than holding onto a copy of receipt and informing them when I order next. I wanted something more official and tangible to know that it exists.

Extremely disappointed to miss a chunk of my kids party, and zero remorse, apology or willing to make it right. (Oh they did offer to give me more pizzas on the spot, but what do I do with more pizzas??)

update after leaving negative reviews here and on Facebook, they reached out to offer the same store credit and provided a screen shot proof of the credit. This could have been offered immediately when I asked for a copy or proof of the credit when they originally offered...

I ordered pizza via Skip the Dishes for delivery to my hotel room. The app indicated it would be delivered in 25 to 30 minutes. One hour later I called the restaurant to check on my order and they informed me there was no order for me. I recieved confirmation of the order from Skip the Dishes so I called the restaurant back and they informed me that they would check with the driver. I contacted the front desk at the hotel to see if a delivery had been made and they said no. I later spoke with the driver and he indicated that he did deliver the pizza to my room. I asked him if he knocked on the door to let us know that the pizza had arrived and he told me that it was not their policy to knock on the door to let the customer know that the pizza was there. He then took the time to educate me on their protocols. I was not very impressed. We ended up ordering from another restaurant and recieved our order in a timely fashion, no issues. Nothing was offered to resolve the issue by Pizza Hut so I chaulk up the price I payed to experience and would not reccomend this...
