From 11 AM to 1 PM, there’s sometimes a little lunchtime rush thanks to hungry students from nearby schools and commuters from the Milton GO station. But don’t worry—it’s not Gotham-level chaos. The line moves quickly, and the wait is well worth it.

I went for lunch on 28 December 2022 and needless to say I wasn't very impressed at all. The front counter associate did not greet me with any enthusiasm whatsoever and that really set the tone for my experience. Although the burgers I ordered were very tasty, the lack of solid customer service left a bad taste and poor impression. Due to which I don't think I will ever return to this location. What they are failing to understand here, is that customer service is paramount and any shortfalls, means a shortfall in return visits from a customer. The guy at the counter was not thankful for my business and he overall lacked a positive attitude. If this is what I'm getting at the front, it makes me wonder what I'm getting behind in the food preparation area the when my food is being prepared. Employees do not seem too happy to be working here. Something worthy of looking into.

I felt uncomfortable and I didn't feel like my business was at all valued here. And I should also mention that the associate at the front, handled cash and food without washing his hands. A huge Red Flag for me. If I wanted that, I would have gone to Subway, as they are famous for handling cash and food with the same dirty hands. Up the customer service and I think business would improve and lean to impress those of us looking for a great burger experience. If you're in the burger business, you definitely have to be over and above the competition. There are too many burger places, to not pay attention to the smaller things, in which matter to customers.

Should this change, I would consider a second visit. As it stands now, Heck Nooo. Definitely not for the price of...
