Is this place under new management?!

So OPA was my families go to dinner order as we really enjoyed the food and people. Life gets busy, and it's been a bit since we have been back, so today we decided to place an order. I went to the location at 5:20 pm and waited for them to finish my order (which is no issue).

They bring me all my containers and place it in front of me. Check each border with me to make sure everything is good and then ask me if I need a bag. I replied with "Well I'm here alone taking out, and there are 5 containers, so yes, I need a bag." Ok, well, you have to pay for a bag,.... umm since when?!? So it's bad enough it cost me $80 for 4 meals, but that also doesn't include a bag now.

If my family wasn't expecting it, I would have walked out and left them with the food. So ok, I'll pay for it. He then charges me debit for .25???? Then, another debit transaction for $80?? When I ask, "Could we not just add the .25 and given me 1 transaction?". So now I'm paying fee's twice because someone can't math them together.. Then he prompts me on the second payment for a tip... umm no!

Well, now I get home and we eat... The food was horrible! potatoes not cooked all the way, chicken was a rock, and everything lacked flavor.

Honestly, I think we are done with OPA, which is sad.....

Soblittle update, management came on here and showed some love, asking me to email them. We'll i email them and ZERO response. So heads up, they don't rectify nothing or help anyone repair their opinions of the resteraunt. They simply reply, humble, and ignore you....

On Sunday April 28th, my sister and I came in to grab some opa fries as we usually did when we were in highschool. When we used to get the opa fries in highschool we would first of all have the container filled properly with fries and second of all we would ask for extra sauce all the time FREE OF CHARGE. However, when we ordered on Sunday the guy made us pay extra when we asked for one more sauce and in addition when we got the container with the French fries it was literally half empty (there was so much space that should hav been filled with fires). Additionally, there was barely any seasoning on the fries. I was very very disappointed and will not be wasting my money on $7 fries that had the smallest proportions. The only reason I gave a 2 star is because the fries were crunchy and the sauce was good. I don’t know what has happened over the years but when I used to get fries a couple years ago, it was seasoned amazingly and they would fill the container properly (and they never charged extra for extra sauce). Been coming here since I was little and food quality has gone down a lot but I’m here to talk about my experience the man who took my order was a little rude and asked for my salad on the side because I will be taking it home and wanted to be able to warm up my food without the salad in the same container, the man that took my order said he could do it, but I will be getting a very small portion of salad, which didn’t really make sense to me but OK, while being there, I observed everybody else’s accommodations, for their order was met, when it was time for me to receive my order he just gave it to me in the box no bag but for some reason everybody else got a plastic bag without the request so I why was I treated so differently. last thing is the portions are not worth $16 I got a little corner of rice and a little corner of salad extremely disappointed not in the food, but on how I was treated as someone in the food business I would never treat my customers differently no matter what every paying customer...
