I have ordered from here before and found their sandwiches good, however, I feel that there is room for improvement. I am very pleased to see halal options available in Milton which is why I believe a little feedback should be beneficial to help them be more successful.
Their southern fried chicken melt was very tasty. However, i found the BLT sandwich to be a little plain. I would recommend offering more artisanal breads to uplift the sandwich and perhaps offering a variety of different halal cheeses instead of the standard American cheese. It just seems like a sandwich you can make at home. Perhaps offering a pickle on the side or kettle cooked chips.
I ordered the West Coast bowl and this one disappointed me. The description looked very appealing and the bowl when prepared as well. However, when I tried it, it was very bland...I tried to mix it to get the taste..but nothing. I just didn't understand why a West Coast bowl would have iceberg lettuce, that gives it no flavour. Usually these type of bowls have mixed greens, spring mix, kale or spinach..i would have even made due with romain lettuce. It definitely fell short, also, there was no feta in my salad. So there is definitely room for improvement here.

Read moreThe food here is excellent. Portions are large and quality is consistent. But it has two strikes against it. First, the costs are high. Burgers and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches are $10-15 each with no sides. Are they worth it? It’s close but I still think they are too high. Second, they are outright liars when it comes to having your order ready. I have ordered twice for pickup and both times I arrived five minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Both times they said it would be another 15 minutes (that’s 35 minutes total) for my order to be ready.
This is easy to fix — either change your prep time in the app OR make the food faster! This company must understand that when someone places an order for food they are already hungry. When you fail to meet your time commitment you create serious dissatisfaction for your customers. This is a management and execution issue and running your business with this consistent issue either means you are incapable of resolving the problem or you simply don’t care. Both are unacceptable.
Will I still order from here in the future? Probably, and I guess that’s part of the problem. People will keep coming back...

Tried what management responded below and you cannot make any changes to Monday special. Can't pay the extras either. The employees don't know this.
Regardless giving 4 star as food was good and management cares about their customers.

Lower stars as they are inconsistent with their rules. For Monday’s special twice I got onion rings instead of fries and all of a sudden today they say they can’t do that. They can substitute for a normal priced combo but not Monday special. It’s either you can substitute or you can’t. Point of Monday special is not to give less value to customers but on the contrary.
If I can’t have my rings I’ll eat elsewhere, then no point in getting any combo if I got to order rings completely...
