This was my third visit to this location. The first time I came, I noticed dirty tables and a very messy environment. The second time, I saw many dead flies on the windows and a dirty ladies’ washroom.
Today, I had the same experience again. There were still many dead flies at the windows, and when I went to the washroom, it was very dirty and there was no toilet paper in either unit. I went to the counter and informed a staff member. He told another lady, and then she told another girl. After that girl came back from the washroom, I went in again with another customer. I noticed that she had only filled up the toilet paper but did not clean anything. The floor was still dirty, and I even stepped on it while using the washroom.
Afterward, I asked for the manager. A lady came and told me her name was Sherin (though I’m not sure if that was her real name). She seemed to be Punjabi, as most of the employees were speaking Punjabi, which I understand. I explained to her about the cleaning issues, but she refused to do anything. She said everything was okay and that I didn’t need to worry.

This is not the professional way Tim Hortin provide service for the clients this is unprofessional people with no training and disrespect closing the window in the client face over the drive-through and tell the client you need to move because we have people behind us, I asked for one chocolate milk they offered charge me for two of them. I just realise after I drove away from the drive-through that I paid $2.75 for one small chocolate milk and on my previous bill I checked the large chocolate milk cost $1.76 so they charge me for too small and they gave me one only so these people are definitely our thieves. They stealing clients over the drive-through and I called the store and I spoke to the manager on sight at that time today is July 1 at 10:25 in the morning. My order number it was 173 and order number 174. Everything is reported to the managers. Hopefully they can look into that matter because this type of customer service Tim Hortin doesn’t allow this kind of service...
Read moreThis location service top shelf! I went inside to ask for my tea. I love Tim's peppermint tea. But of course to properly brew tea must be scalding hot water! But to drink it make it drinkable I always ask for a few cubes of ice on top after it's made to enjoy while I drive. The associate who served me on sunday afternoon the best. He took great care to listen and make my tea just as I ordered because he understood when I explained that those few cubes save me from burning my mouth and enjoying the tea when made! Not having to wait 20 or 30 mins. To cool to actually drink it. I love this location I get the best service every time. So convenient always on my way home.
