Best darn pulled pork ever!!

My boyfriend and I finally made it to this little gem on Friday night. For a place that opened fairly recently, they have everything dialled in! Service was friendly, fast and efficient - I love that they give you a little beeper that you carry with you and it vibrates when your food is ready, so instead of standing around, you can grab a cute little picnic table and settle in. I had the pulled pork tacos and can say it's the best smoked pulled pork I've ever had. Alot of places hide it under a ton of BBQ sauce, which to me defeats the purpose. The proportion of everything on these tacos is perfection! We also shared an order of fries (shoestring). While good, we weren't overwhelmed...but then, I check my IG the next day and Mason Jar posted that "you talked and we listened!" and are moving to a thicker hand cut fry. We stopped in for our first time today . There were a lot of people, always a indication of good food. After ordering our food, we were handed a pager . I was so impressed with this because it allowed us to return to our car to be with our pets, instead of standing around. There was also picnic tables if we chose. After a very short wait our pager went off and we returned to pick up four delicious meals The man who took our order was very kind and patient as he listened to my sister and I argue about who was paying. The lady who handed us our orders of smash burgers and fries and poutine was cheerful and seemed happy to help with our order by adding cutlery and condiments . She asked what we needed which is rare . The food was very tasty and the portions were perfect. The cost was very reasonable and the convenience priceless We will definitely make this our go to spot for food when we are...

Amazing. Huge improvement over what was in the spot before.

My wife and I had heard from family that thee Mason Jar was a must try, so we were looking at the menu for weeks before we headed up to the cottage. It was the first place we ate when we got in and we were not disappointed. we each tried the buffalo chicken poutine and were impressed by the portions and quality.

We later tried the burger, which we loved, but the standout for us were the rice bowls. My wife had the Butter Chicken and I the Southwest. oh man, the ingredients were about as fresh as it gets. The flavour was amazing and it'll be a staple for us. I was immediately a little disappointed thinking maybe they should be bigger, but after eating I was hooked. I can't wait to go back for another on the next trip.
