I have ordered multiple times from this restaurant from Uber eats (delivery and pick up), and all the time there is missing items. The item missing is always the sauce… which is the main component and most important. It’s very frustrating! The only time they don’t make mistakes is when I am physically there in person watching them. What is the point of using the app, costing more money because of fees etc…when there are always errors. On a commander sur Uber eat pour manger du poulet rouge car je voulais a tout prix que ma chum puisse goûter à cette merveille du monde et bien sûr j’avais envie de manger mon plat préféré! Lorsqu’on a commandé, le premier livreur nous a volé notre commande et il a annuler sa course, donc il a fait déplacer plusieurs autres livreurs pour rien puisque le restaurant n’avait plus notre commande. Cela fesais 2h45 qu’on attendait pour manger et j’ai décider d’appeler au restaurant pour savoir ce qui se passais , le gérant ( je supposes ) m’as tout expliquer la situation et il constatait qu’on s’était fait volé notre commande. Il a constaté notre grande faim et il y a eu la grande générosité de refaire notre commande au complet gratuitement et venir nous l’a livrer lui même! Mirabel / Saint Jérôme c’est quand même 20-25 minutes qui a pris de son shift pour nous comblez!

Je n’ai pas eu le temps de demander le nom du gérant du restaurant , mais on te remercies énormément d’avoir fait ce geste pour nous, for sure qu’on vas revenir manger à ton restaurant en espérant te saluer !...
