I'm very disappointed! We had order a pizza and it was wrong I called as soon as I got home and was told I would be put in the book for a replacement pizza. As this was three weeks ago due to the holidays I said I wouldn't be able to get it till the new year and was told that this would not be a problem only to find out they didn't even put my name in this book! So I called today January 3/23 and was told it's my fault for not coming in sooner and they will not do anything for me. I asked to speak with a manager and was told to call back however she would not tell me when the manager would be in next. Now I have to go home with no pizza after getting the kids all excited. Just very disappointed in this location. The sad part is I needed 4 pizza on top of this one free pizza and now they have lots more then just a order but now a customer with a big family. Read morewent and picked up a lunch special. I saw in the back a gentleman working with the staff on how to properly make the dough and how to build the pizza to the standards of the Little Ceasars quality. I then found out that this store was just acquired with new owners and are really putting in the effort to get back to the quality expectations. We'll I can tell you that my order was excellent and the pizza they were working on was given to me free of charge as it was new to the menu its called Quatro it 2 slices each of 4 different toppings it was excellent in amount of toppings and taste .Well Done to the new owners its a right step in direction to getting back to the top
