Booster Juice — Restaurant in Mississauga

This location is truly terrible, I don’t even want to give the one star. When you walk in and start your order they were uninterested and ignored when saying hello. We asked a few questions about smoothies and they completely ignored us. I asked about how to make something dairy free and the guy working asked what I wanted to put in it, I said whatever they’d recommended and he couldn’t come up with anything. Once our order was done they gave me an açai bowl with nothing on top. The menu says it comes with granola and fresh banana and when I asked the one girl she said she didn’t know. The man who took our order said it did come with it and then didn’t do anything so I asked then if he could put some on. I got one sprinkle of granola and 4 slices of frozen banana. Terrible my son and walked in the door at 5: 03pm this girl had the nerve to tell us her bus is coming and for us to leave!!!! Booster Juice was scheduled to close in 1 hour on Sunday Feb 16 2025 I have never ever experienced such rude behavior and disrespectful customer service at booster juice we will never come back to this location again people are so ungrateful when they get a job here in Canada and feel they can disrespect customers just cause they get an easy job . When you first go into a location and you say hello and the employees behind the counter say nothing you know they don’t like you. My son and I went in Sun Aug 20th 2022, about 6:45 spent 17.63 what a waste of money for nothing the girl behind the counter put so much sugar into a smoothie that we could not even drink it, why you putting sugar in a smoothie anyway?. I didn’t see it but son did and tried to warn me lucky I didn’t there would have been a seen in there. I’m writing this so Management will take notice and give their employees the training they need to do better, not a good experience and will not go back staff is kinda rude...
