Chatime Bubble Tea Express — Restaurant in Mississauga

Horrible experience, I was the only person in line at the time it 20min to make my drink. By the time I got it they said they ran out of the item and to order something else. I order something else and they charged me extra for no topping and it took 10min to get my order. I asked for them to explain why they are over charging and he said no topping so you have to pay. I argued for 5min and got no where. Then when they gave me my drink they gave me a vanilla milk tea large instead of what I ordered which was caramel milk tea warm no topping large. I told the same person they got my order wrong. This time they called the manager saying I ordered that ...mind you I have the receipt and know what I ordered and I'm still the only one. Other staff are talking to themselves in thier language, drinking and eating. So I told the manager all that happened showed the receipt and all and he just brushed it off not really listening to me or even apologizing for any of this. I'm definitely not recomendind this location to any one and never coming back. If I could give a 0 rating I would and this is definitely going on my vlogs and spilling the tea about the place and my experience. The people working at this location are horrible and have horrible customer service experience. Other locations are better and have better staff just not this and it's not my first time having a bad experience here...

Placed an online order here on a Sunday afternoon. When I showed up, it was closed. I've requested help on their website. It says they'll respond in 5-10 business days. It's now been over 10 business days, no response and no refund from ChaTime.

How does an app allow you to place an order and take your money for a store that isn't even open?

HORRIBLE online customer service and the app doesn't bring up the closest store as many other apps do.

Default shows a BC store even though I'm on Ontario, and you have to go to a different menu to find a location based on GPS and then manually enter it into your order. What year is...

I normally really enjoy chattime . It was the first time I ordered from this location. But was disappointed in the order that I got. I ordered normal ice and there was no ice left in my drink plus i also ordered pearls and didn’t get any pearls from the 2 drinks I ordered. I will still come back because i like bubble tea. Hopefully my experience next time...
