I got my food and went to pay. I tapped my card to pay and just after it approved, the lady started pressing the x saying that she was supposed to key in my drink as a bottle drink, not fountain. I assumed she would only charge me the difference, but instead she insisted that she cancelled my payment in time and that I can just pay for everything again. I had said I already paid for my food and that she should only be charging the difference for the drinks, but it seems she didn't know how to key that in nor was she even understanding what I was saying. In the odd chance she did somehow cancel my payment in time, I decided to pay the new receipt. I went to a table and checked my card to see that it was indeed charged twice. Read moreThis sounds like a cliche bad review, but I truly wasn’t able to find a better way to describe this. If you have the time, you’re better off eating off campus. This food court’s “health food” stands house some of the stingiest workers I have ever seen. Their prices, portions and service depend on their mood. Inconsistent food and prices even for regular customers. Service is also at a snail’s pace in the entire court. If you are ok with having fast food every day, those stands are fine but clogging my arteries to have consistent food seems illogical. You can ask any student and they won’t be able to tell you any different. I’ve been a student for what is now 3 years and change and can not overstate how absurd and overall disrespectful this system is.
I hope the school cracks down...

It’s a miracle they pass health codes. Also it’s somehow cheaper to order Thai Express off uber eats and get it deliver to the cafeteria than buying it at the cafeteria. They’re literally scalping students. Please have healthier and more...
