The quality of the food really dropped off now compared to my first year here.

At first, the chefs would properly cook the dishes using the woks, including full-arm wok flipping technique, but now I watched two line cooks just smush the ingredients around with their ladles without even touching the wok handles. Disappointing technique and no wok flavor was imparted on my fried rice. There was one (senior?) chef that still did it properly, and I was honestly sad that he wasn't the one that prepared my order. I don't feel too confident with only a 1/3 chance of having properly made food at lunchtime (ordered at 2pm).

I ordered Thai beef fried rice. The beef was light grey, sad, cut thin and extremely chewy. In my first year it was thick, flavorful and dark brown and I could still taste the pepper seasoning on the beef. The tomato was missing (3 1cm3 cubes total in a 15$ box of 12cm3 rice) and pineapple was pale, mushed and its flavor gone.

Honestly not a good legacy I would have liked for my last year smh. No ai was used to write this it's entirely my opinion.

Edit: I kid u not, 12 seconds after pressing 'post review' I bit into bone chunks attached to the beef. Absolutely...
