I don’t mind waiting for good food, but after my experience I will NEVER be back. It seems like the restaurant waits for bad reviews of their customer service before improving it. I was told the wait time will be 40 minutes (something other reviewers complained that they weren’t told). We waited in the car and didn’t mind it. We drove 20 mins home, open our boxes and received the wrong order (with shrimp, we are allergic). Drove all the way back, told the cashier. Cashier took our order and sighed, did not apologize and told the kitchen to remake. When asked how long the wait would be again, they said 5 minutes. We received in another ten minutes and when asked about the possibility of refund (or something?) for the mistake as it was a major inconvenience for us to drive back and forth. Was told “they are not going to give you a refund” as she disappeared into the kitchen for the manager. The manager came out and was just as disrespectful and seemed ready to fight us, and again did not apologize. Terrible, god awful customer service and the food is just average. Thank you to the kitchen staff for our food but your front end staff will be the end of your business.
Reply to owner: I don’t think I am lying seeing that most of your one star reviews literally call you rude and ready to fight. Perhaps I did not say anything because of that. The cashier apologizing before handing off the food after telling my boyfriend that she did not apologize and gaslighting me now is not “apologizing multiple times”. My job also requires customer service that is busy, I have family in the restaurant business and I have never been SO disrespected by a business in my life. Seeing that you wait for bad reviews to roll in so you can sarcastically say have a nice day without apologizing AGAIN for the mistake is very telling of the person you are. Most RESPECTFUL businesses will have some kind of policy for compensation for front end mistakes.

So the food itself truthfully is ok it’s not the best but it’s not the worst either I ordered the Rasta pasta with jerk chicken and my wife the mac and cheese with honey garlic wings and my wife had said it was kinda luke warm when she ate it probably because they lost track or forgot which order was which with the amount of orders they had and had I not gone up to ask for my drinks it most likely would have stayed on the side longer..
The food took awhile and it’s bizarre because from our vantage point we can see almost 5-6 people in the kitchen but there is still a wait so definitely be prepared for that if you do come and understand it will take a bit of time. The portions are reasonable but the items are on the pricier side which is fine if the food is good which for us it was just ok, for my money I still would prefer mr bigs over davs just for their price point and overall quality. The other problem is they don’t have a menu in the restaurant the only thing they have is their specials of the day at the front desk but if you don’t research before coming here or go on their website for their menu items you won’t know what is available to order.
They got some chairs there and tables for a dine in option but there are no plates or anything it’s all disposable takeout boxes and it would be nice if they would at least offer complimentary water since there is a dine in option, basic things like this go a long way and just make the experience overall more pleasant.
To sum it all up we would definitely return in the future to try other items on the menu but it is what it is for the pricing and the wait time so be prepared for all that and give this...
Read moreCustomer service and wait time is horrible. I was told I would get a call when my order was done. I waited for OVER 1 HOUR and I still got no call. I got the loaded mac, wings were soggy, everything was cold and mac eventually became a big brick. I went by the door along with others who were waiting to pick up their food and the girl at the front looks very annoyed and avoids attending to the customers with questions at the door. They asked if their order was ready and the girl asked "Did you get a call?". The other customers said no but told her their order number and she brought out their food, which was 10 ORDERS AHEAD OF MY ORDER. So I went up and asked her for my order and she gave me mine. If you're following a system of calling customers when their order is ready, ACTUALLY FOLLOW THROUGH otherwise DON'T do it. My food was cold and I waited over an hour for a call that I was never going to get. Food would've been good if it was still warm.
UPDATE:
Went a second time to see if the wait time was much less than my previous visit. Came about an hour early and was able to order in about 15 mins after they opened. Food came out alot quicker than my previous visit which I was happy about. However, my issue is that I ordered a side of Jumbo Shrimp and I got 4 tiny pieces of shrimp. I paid $7.99 for 4 tiny pieces of overcooked shrimp. Super disappointed. Advertising the shrimp as "jumbo" is super misleading.
