I decided to head over to purchase four medium iced coffees with an espresso shot. However, upon reaching the counter, the lady informed me that they were out of espresso. Disappointed but understanding, I asked if I could have less cream instead. As I placed my order, I made sure to mention that one of the coffees should have no sugar.
After waiting patiently, I finally received my order, only to find that all of the coffees looked excessively milky. I specifically requested less cream, so I approached the lady to address the issue. Surprisingly, instead of apologizing, she remained defensive. I explained that I wanted iced coffee, not a milky beverage, and she asked me to park my car while she prepared a new one for me.
I parked and waited for a couple of minutes until she returned. To my dismay, she handed me the exact same coffees as before. I kindly refused to accept them, but she insisted that someone else hand them to me. This person, named Navleen, was incredibly rude and insisted that I take a refund instead. I explained that I came to the establishment to get coffee, not a refund, as they had made the coffees too milky. To my surprise, she mentioned that they were even out of regular coffee. How unreasonable is that? Tim Horton's ran out of coffee and didn't bother to inform their customers.
This location desperately needs new employees who understand how to handle customer complaints and provide adequate service. I am definitely not planning on returning to this location, as all they seem to do is...
Read moreGood morning, Sir/Madam,
I am writing this in regard to awful customer service I received. Today I went to Tim Hortons (Midway location), I had large order for my office, when I reached, employee named NIMRAT attended me. Firstly, when I was placing my order, she left me unattended in the middle of my order to serve other customers: then she messed up my order; did not give my everything bagel with hash brown and cheddar cheese, and when I requested her second time, she gave me everything bagel without hash brown and cheddar cheese. that was quite frustrating, I had to request her third time to correct my order. Most importantly, I paid every time, I asked for correction. On the top of that when I said why she is making me to pay again and again, she spoke in disrespectful manner with some finger gesture saying I have to pay for the hash brown and cheddar cheese. And she rolled her eyes on me. For one order she made me to pay three times, I got three receipts for one order. She made me look stupid Infront of other customers. Honestly, I had issues before with other employees at this location, but I have not felt bad compared to today.
I am looking forward for response or an apology in...
Read moreIt took 15 mins for 4 staff members to even acknowledge I was there. I bought pastries; they were hard as rock. I could not even finish one bite. HARD! The peperoni pizza had only 4 pepperonis on the whole pizza. The bread the use to make my sandwich ALSO HARD! CAN'T EVEN BITE! When they handed me over everything (like 20 min later) they didn't even give me a bag. They see me struggling to carry everything and they won't say anything. During the time I was there, it too 20 MINUTES for the next customer to be taken care of, because they were all giving preference to people in the drive thru. If the customer is willing enough to get into the store and walk over to the counter, THAT person deserves the attention of the staff. It's disrespectful to neglect the line of 10 customers inside just to take care of the drive thru. Perhaps you should hire more people, because the quality of the service and the food is mediocre at best. This is the second time I've come in and I have experience the worst customer service possible, and the worst food Tim Hortons ever...
