KFC — Restaurant in Mississauga

The absolute worse customer service. Boxing Day I ordered through the call centre. At 7pm when placing order on phone you have to pay. So I placed order for popcorn chicken to go bucket, chicken poutine, and 2 piece meal. 9 pm rolls around and no food. I call back the customer service and she informed me that the store was closed. She also guaranteed refund within 2hrs. Mind you I was homeless in a shelter with 3 kids so I had no money and kids were hungry. Next morning checked my account no refund. I couldn't get in contact with the call centre so I called what I thought was the closest kfc ( hurontario Rd Mississauga). Asked for manager no manager she proceeded to tell me that it would be 5 days for refund. so I said don't worry about refund and if they could deliver the food as I had no money and my kids were hungry. The woman told me I could go pick it up. Why would I when I had already paid delivery. I explained to her my situation. She didn't care as her kids weren't hungry. So then I called back call centre finally got through. Then they proceeded to tell me to contact the store directly. Why when I placed order via phone. So that's when they told me the store responsible wa Van guard Mississauga. That manager was extremely rude didn't give a crap. She was very rude. I called back the customer service 1866 Kfc 4you. And again run around at this point I mad as hell I'm telling them I can't wait 5 days for refund I needed the food I paid for. They did nothing to help but tell me to wait 5 days. Now my issue is if you took the order and my money why not just bring the food. Why make ppl pay right away if it takes 5 days for refund and no option to just bring the food. Call centre said they have no manager to speak to which is crazy I asked who trains them. Are they all bosses they are the absolute worse. AVOID THIS LOCATION ANDKFC CALL CENTRE...

I would give this location a ZERO if possible. I placed a company lunch order for delivery well in advance and prepaid for delivery and tip. When the order didn't arrive for the scheduled time I called the store and spoke with Raman. She said the order was ready, but there was no driver to deliver the order. (I had spoken to her after placing the online order to confirm cutlery and condiments.) So when I questioned her to why she didn't tell me then, she didn't have an answer. She said that I would have to have someone pick up the order as it was ready. As this was their screw up and the order was now well after the staff lunch hour I wouldn't be paying for the order. She spoke to her manager Sid and he agreed for a full refund, however it could take up to 5 business days. Upon arrival the order wasn't ready so I still had to wait 10 minutes. I again confirmed that I would be refunded in full for this, to which she said yes. This was back on Nov 29th. Still no refund. I have called the customer service number numerous times and keep getting the same run around. The case has been escalated and someone will call you back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NEVER GO TO...

Wow.... woefully slow service and an itsy bitsy sandwich... as kid I always liked KFC but until now I'd never tried their chicken sandwich... I figured if anyone could do it well, it would be KFC.. not the case, at least not this time.... pulled up to speaker at the drive thru and tried to order a chicken sandwich... despite me specifically stating 3 times that I only wanted a sandwich they kept asking what kind of drink I wanted... a little bit annoying after repeatedly advising that I did not want a 'combo'... I order the bacon and cheese classic chicken sandwich, spicy.. Well....what I got was a tiny little sandwich, no bacon or cheese, what looked like a half portion of chicken, 2 itty bitty pickles each barely the size of a dime and a glob of orange sauce... (I guess that's where the spice was supposed to be.. because the breading on the chicken wasn't spicy at all.. and the sauce tasted like mayo with a hint of spice).. a total of 5 moderate sized bites and it cost more than $9... wow!.. I have learned my lesson... great place to go if you are not looking for good service or a...
