Today, I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru and ordered a bagel with chipotle, hashbrown, and lettuce cucumber she didn’t imform me they have not cucumber. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I received my order, they only gave me the bagel hashbrown and chipotle. I asked about it, but the staff showed a very careless attitude. Instead of helping, they behaved rudely and did not accept their mistake. On top of that, they charged me extra for the vegetables again i paid coz i didn’t want to do any argue in the morning , but they did even though I had clearly mentioned it earlier. It seemed like they didn’t pay proper attention to my order. The two girls working there – one who took the order and the other who handled the payment – were unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. They didn’t smile, didn’t apologize, and didn’t try to solve the issue. It felt like they had no interest in serving customers properly. People working in customer service should be attentive, polite, and respectful. Sadly, this was not the case today. Tim Hortons should hire staff who are trained to listen to customers carefully and treat them with kindness. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the management looks into this...
Read moreI attended this location twice this week, and both experiences were poor. I placed a mobile order for one donut. When I arrived, I waited patiently for about 5 minutes before asking someone for my order. The staff looked at me but did not acknowledge me with any greeting. I finally received my order and left. The second experience was today. When I was paying for my order, the TimApp was not working, which is how I have always paid for my orders. Even the company encourages it. The lady told me I should have mentioned I was paying with the App when placing my order with no empathy. I eventually found cash to pay for it. She then gave me the wrong order, and I quickly returned it to her and asked for my order. I get to the office, less than five minutes from this location. My bagel is cold and soggy, barely toasted. My belly fell off after eating half of the bagel, and I just finished using the washroom. I called the restaurant on the receipt to have this conversation; however, they did not respond. I have been to this location before, with no issues as severe as these. Maybe it is a change of staff. Whatever it is, it is not acceptable for...

REALLY bad drive thru experience trying to grab a late lunch. The girl on the mic needs to take a breath, calm down and SLOW DOWN her speech....honestly, snapping order questions at me 5,000 miles a minute is not going to make things go faster, bc I have absolutely NO IDEA what you just said or asked me. There wasnt even a lineup, we were only about 1 car behind the speaker. I told her she was speaking too quickly and I couldnt understand her and to please slow down. At that point, I was able to barely get the options for a combo, and made my selection. Now the drink. Do you have Pop? "what"? Do you have Soda? Yes, we have bottles...again, quickly, which sounded like "Water". Do you have Coke or Pepsi? Yes we have both, coke and coke zero. Ok, so you don't have Pepsi?, ok, I'll have a Coke. "Diet Coke?", no, just Coke...... The girl at the window that handed me my order was a charm. Polite, explained what was in each bag, thanked me and wished me a great day. PUT HER...
