Burger King — Restaurant in Mississauga

Please increase the quantity of your poutine as the box comes in more than half empty. B.S. location Rude staff with nonsensical excuses...

I am a huge poutine fan and only eat it from Burger King. Ordered poutine from this location, and the quality was less than half of what I usually get from other locations. I told the staff to top it up, and she started screaming at me, saying her manager approved this quantity. I mentioned that the box is more than half empty, and it's not the right quantity, but the worker was so rude and disrespectful.

Please tell your staff that in Canada, when customer ask to redo the order, then they are supposed to do it. Please teach them Canadian culture of fast food so they don't import their own fast food culture...

It was the WORST service I’ve seen from a Burger King location. I waited 5+ minutes to be served and I was the only one in the restaurant, one of the employees came to the front and poured something into the ice cream machine and walked to the back. Still standing there she said nothing to me not a “someone will be with you shortly!” Or “welcome to Burger King!”. I had to ask if anyone worked here just to get served, plus the state of the restaurant is a big turn off with all of the garbage on the counter, tables, and floor on both sides of the counter. I will NEVER return to this location, this is the 2nd time I’ve been here and it’s now the last. I really hope upper management does a surprise inspection on this Torbram and...
