Frustratingly horrible experience. Order for 24 veggie samosas and 4 chicken samosa was phoned in on Saturday morning, around 11am, for 5pm pickup. One would expect that is plenty of time, but seems this business doesn’t take their customer orders seriously. Was running behind and arrived about 10 minutes late. Saw that there were already two customers waiting and expected it shouldn’t be too long to grab my order. After a couple of minutes wait, a staff member came out from the back and I let her know I was here to pick up my order and gave her my name. She repeated the order back to me and rang up the sale. I paid and was told 2 minutes. Then she disappeared to the back. As I waited my ‘2 minutes’, several other customers arrived. One lady placed her order for 12 veggie samosas. Another group of customers asked for veggie samosas and was told they didn’t have any ready but they had chicken samosas ready. After some discussion, the staff said ‘Ok, if all you want is 6 veggie samosas, I’ll give you.’ Meanwhile, my 2mins have already turned into 15 mins. She disappeared again and returned after another 10 mins and handed the lady her 12 samosas! I asked her where my samosas were since I arrived way before that lady and she responded that they just needed a few more minutes. She disappeared again and return after another few minutes and handed the group of customers their 6 veggie samosas, and disappeared again without looking in my direction and before I could ask her what’s going on! If it weren’t for the fact that I had already paid and was picking up these samosas to bring to my host for the evening, I would have left! Another customer and his kids arrived, and he asked me how long I’ve been waiting for my order and was surprised to hear my story…I had time to relay all this before the staff came back out to take his order! She finally came out with my order, but after a 40+ minute wait! I asked for an explanation and her excuse was that the kitchen was very busy today! Really??? The worse customer service ever! Their samosas are good, but not good enough to override their service! Will be the last...

I called on Saturday night Jan 11 to place an order on a dozen samosas to be picked up the next day on Sunday at 11am. I walk in and I tell the lady at the front I am here for a pickup and she looked so confused and then said “okay do you want to pay now?” Like is that even a question? I do want to pay now because I’m here to pickup my order. So then she went to the back to talk to her employee and they came and said I have to wait 7-8 mins for my order. What is the point of me calling prior to place an order if it’s not even ready by the time I come? Very unprofessional. The lady also couldn’t speak up and her voice was very low I couldn’t hear what she was saying, if you made a mistake on my order then just apologize to the customer. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Next time I will order for catering at a different store who understands customers and can follow an order correctly.

Update: it’s been 15 mins of waiting, I came here at 11am and I still don’t have my order. I asked the lady and she suddenly started packing the order that has been SITTING on their table for the past 15 mins…. The staff is lazy and unprofessional, save your money and don’t come here. Don’t call yourself a catering business if you don’t know how to be a CATERING business. Pathetic.

They also gave the samosas in a bag and when I asked for a tray/ box they said it’ll take more time to do that… then why did I order these last night and you can’t even package the order correctly or have it ready on time? Teach your staff how to serve customers properly, don’t run a catering business if you...

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. The staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. I called to order veg fried momos, but when I went to pick them up, I was told they were unavailable. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform me about this change.

According to Google, the store's opening hour is 8:30 AM. However, when I arrived around 9 AM, three staff members were standing around and none of them attended to me. They just exchanged surprised looks. Eventually, one of them told me to come back at 10 AM because they were still cleaning. When I mentioned the posted opening hours, they seemed surprised again.

At 10 AM, I decided to call before going back to the store. I was told they were still not open and would be ready in another half hour. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

The staff lacks basic customer service skills and courtesy. Even though the food is decent, the unprofessional and inattentive staff will drive customers away. It's unfortunate that such a business, despite having good food, will lose customers due to the illiterate and undisciplined staff.

Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the store was questionable. The floors were dirty, and the tables were not wiped down properly. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers or maintaining the store. This lack of attention to detail and customer service is unacceptable.

I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary changes. Until then, I would not recommend this...
