was told by server that they didn’t have anymore napkins for us (odd) as they are a food facility and we had a water spill at our table, and it was the first time our table asked
when asked for milk for our coffee was told that they “only had a little bit left, so they will have to check if they can give me a small amount”..???
the cook only put out 2 pieces of fish at a time at the BUFFET section, so people thought that the restaurant ran out of food. He would just stand there and stare at you, so odd!
their shrimp and mussels platter is definitely NOT shareable and not enough food for the amount of food if says it will feed, so keep that in mind
decor is extremely outdated
not really accommodating or flexible with their guests, we got the impression that they were operating under a strict budget especially with our table which happened to be the only table with visible minorities
definitely WON’T be returning, there are way better Portuguese restaurants with that home-cooked meal feel that offer a positive, friendly and welcoming atmosphere...

However, the fried cod fish, which three of us ordered, was notably salty. It was disappointing because it overshadowed what could have been a standout dish. The steak also fell short; it wasn’t bad, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression, especially given the reputation for great Portuguese steaks.
The service, while friendly, left something to be desired. The waiter was warm and attentive, but it seemed like he was the only one managing several tables, which led to slower service throughout the evening.
I’d definitely be open to giving it another try, especially for those clams and chouriço, if they can fine-tune a few aspects, this could be a great spot for an authentic...
Read moreAbsolutely amazing! We are Portuguese and had the pleasure of going here for lunch today. The food was delicious! The service was wonderful! The restaurant is clean and very nice and bright inside. I wish we lived closer because we would DEFINITELY be visiting more often. At least we found this gem of an authentic Portuguese Restaurant in Mississauga so we will for sure visit again when in the area! We had the bitoque the portion size was very generous and our steaks were cooked perfectly and so tender. The value for the...
