After a long day, all I wanted was my usual chicken burger. However, when I got home, I discovered I had been given a beef burger instead—something I absolutely cannot eat. I immediately tried to contact the store to rectify this mistake. What followed was a frustrating and frankly unacceptable ordeal. I called multiple times, but my calls went unanswered for hours. It was only after relentless attempts that I finally got through to someone. When I did, the employee I spoke with, Sumohit, was extremely unhelpful. There was no apology for the error or for the complete lack of communication. I was met with indifference and a total unwillingness to resolve the issue. Read moreIn my visit today I placed two different food orders, and both times something was missing. The second time it was takeout, and had I not checked when I was in the car, I would have driven off without everything I paid for.
While I was standing in line, waiting for someone to acknowledge me, 2 people came in who had ordered from the drive through and were missing items.
This new concept of ordering in one line and waiting to pickup in another is not working (at this location) . It is complete and utter chaos behind the counter, 3 different people are throwing items in one bag, and no one is checking what is in there. Before, the person who took your order was held accountable - Now it's just a lot of "shoulder shrugging".
On top of all of that two guys walk in wearing street clothes (loose tank tops even), walk straight to the til, interupt another staff member (who was already taking an order) to punch in their own order, and then (in their street clothes) start putting it together amidst all of the craziness. Probably grabbing someone else's fries for their own "pre-shift snack"....
