Well, this was a huge disappointment, especially after the one on the north side of Dundas, near Dixie, in Mississauga.
Where to start...??
I got there on a Friday night. Male worker was hiding in the back, yapping on his cell phone. He made my sandwich.... Sorta.
He didn't bother to ask whether I wanted it grilled, so I forgot, which totally changed the taste and enjoyment of the sandwich. And he disappeared to the back as soon as he was done, to chat on his cell phone, so I couldn't get it grilled once I realized.
I left at 9:20, and sat in my car texting for a few minutes. He closed the store and left at 9:25 pm, 35 minutes before the store was supposed to be closed. Although... I'm betting that he was PAID until 10. I heard him on his cell talking about this great party, he was going and apparently couldn't wait another 35 minutes.... Disgraceful!
This is disgraceful, I feel badly for the owner.
I would avoid this particular Mr Sub. Go to the Dundas location, just east of Dixie, north side, the staff and owner are wonderful, and...

While he was fine and respectful to me, he did have a verbal altercation with the customer service rep from Skip the Dishes. The altercation was blasted on speaker phone for all the patrons to hear. It appears that they may have previously cost him some business and he was understandably upset, he did release several f-bombs and also accidentally messed up another customer's order--which he did offer to redo. Most of the 10 minutes I was there he was yelling to the Skip the Dishes lady. It was very unnerving and made me and my friend very uncomfortable. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because he did correctly process my coupon and also made my sub without error except for the grilling machine...
Read moreBoyfriend and I ordered two deal-of-the day subs on Sunday around the early evening. Bread and ingredients were super fresh and the store was very clean. The service by the lady behind the counter was very friendly! She was working very hard and so was a gentleman who seemed like the owner.
The wait time for our subs were not long at all.
One thing I noticed was a gentleman customer came in after me and the “owner” asked him: “the assorted usual?” and he knew every single ingredient without any further question. That was impressive to watch because he remembered all of the many components that goes into a simple sub, and it shows that the owners and workers really care about their customers.
Would definitely visit this...
