I went to this place after a while and was hoping to receive some good service as I typically come here on my lunch break. I noticed a new gentleman that has never served me before. I arrived to the restaurant around 11:02am for my one hour lunch break, essentially as soon as they opened. It was raining pretty heavily and once I arrived the man was opening the doors and saw me struggling to get into the restaurant with my umbrella and hands full, but didn’t even bother to lend me a hand. I decided to look past this and simply place my order once I got in. As I got in I got settled and placed my umbrella on one of the tables before rushing towards the cash. I was rudely approached and told to place the umbrella in the corner of the restaurant. Not thinking much of it I listened as instructed, apologizing. While placing my order I was told I would have to wait a while for my order as they just opened the restaurant and I agreed to the wait. during our conversation I found that the man wasn’t really happy with my visit to my knowledge, as I was the first customer to come in. But I am a strong believer of customer satisfaction regardless of whether I am the first or last customer. I felt as though I was treated disrespectfully and with a lot of attitude. He informed me that he told me about the wait because he didn’t want me to “fight” him. This really didn’t sit well with me as he made an assumption about me that I didn’t really appreciate. In general it seemed as though he was holding in a lot of furious thoughts and energy, it was clear by his facial expressions. Anyhow, I took a seat and waited for my order. I did let him know that I had a limited amount of time for my break but as long as he had the food done for 11:30 I would be fine. I told his to take his time regardless. He responded with attitude telling me I needed to wait so that he didn’t serve me raw meat. After receiving my order, I could still say the food was average but some of the chicken was still raw. I didn’t expect this kind of service because I clearly told him to take his time. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if I found out that he spit in my food at this point. Anyway to end it off I asked for his name which I hope he was honest about (Shubh) and left the restaurant not ever having the intention to return. Shubh l, if you’re reading this, I hope the first customer that enters the restaurant tomorrow gets better service from you. Because this was definitely ridiculous ! Please work on your facial expressions ..you could really see the hatred on your face when you were serving me which...
Read moreI don’t normally write reviews but I was so appalled by the lack of customer service that I experienced that I hope this deters other people from going to this location. I ordered vegan fried rice and got it to go. When I opened my dish at home I realized right away that it contained egg. I headed back and politely explained to the employee that I was sorry to both them but there must have been a mix-up making my food and that I had ordered it vegan and it contained egg. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the employee immediately raised his voice at me and accuses me of being wrong. I tried to politely explain that I was certain I had ordered vegan (I have been doing this for 5+ years) and he continued to raise his voice and accuse me of being wrong. After he exclaimed “well what do you want me to do about it? Remake it?” I decided I wanted my money back. He rolled his eyes and snidely said he had to call his manager. He then called his manager in front of me, and muttered away about how I had ordered fried rice and was now lying about wanting it vegan. I am blown away by how terribly this employee acted towards me. He never once apologized or took responsibility for the mistake. I will never ever be returning to this location and will be letting everyone I know to...
Read moreStaff is so unprofessional and rude and unethical and cheap. We were 4 and ordered food of about 70 bucks.
When our food was ready, while picking it we asked for cutlery. That guy gave only plastic forks counting us. I asked for plastic knife to eat chicken, staff clearly said “we just have forks we dont have knifes”.
We went to our table with food and i was about to eat it with fork and saw a small hair on it. I couldn’t eat so i search for another one at the side table in the dining area. Guess what I found. Forks, spoons and knifes all plastic ones. I took one and started eating food. The guy who lied gave a weird look it ruin my Brunch.
Why should you lie about the small stuff. And ruin the dining experience. How are we suppose to break chicken with plastic forks.
Also if you say its not for customers then who is it for?? Also why even keep it there? hide it in your back place. Sooooo cheap guy I wish i could give you 0
