UPDATE As of today, 9/8/22 I am still waiting for something, anything from Papa John’s "Customer Service" on the issue.

On Monday 8/1/22 I placed an online order for 2 medium pizzas, one The Works the other The Meats along with a promo code to get 50% off both pizzas as well as getting a promo code for a free Papadias for having completed an online survey from a previous order.

I placed the order online and received a confirmation with a total bill of $19 +. I had planned to pay cash and I am glad I did.

When I arrived at this location for pickup, I was told the total was $46 +. I explained how the order was placed and confirmed but a cash register tape was presented to me with this ridicules charge. I told them it was wrong but did not have my phone with me to confirm. They kept putting the register tap in front of me.

Another customer was going though a similar problem at the same time.

After a long back and forth the employee said they would honor the 50% but would not in any way honor the promo code for a free Papadias .

Because I was going to pay cash in the first place, I was able to pick up my money and walk, which I did.

Later that day after going to Domini’s and returning home to the family with dinner, I first got a phone call from the Papa John’s location but they left no message, then an email that stated the next time they would offer me a free pizza. Too little too late in my opinion.

The first time I ordered Ubereats pick up from this branch, I was not given a dipping sauce that’s supposed to be in the pizza. So the second time, I wanted to make sure I get the sauces. There should be sauces included in both pizzas and breadsticks. When I received my order, I checked the boxes and saw the sauces weren’t there. I asked for it from the employee and she said that for the breadsticks the sauce is on the top and refused to give me the dipping sauce. This is clearly a lie. What was the point of me picking from the dipping sauce choices from the Ubereats app? There is also a sticker in the box indicating “sides: garlic dipping sauce”. I let that go at that moment and said I still should be able to get dipping sauces for pizza. She said she doesn’t put them because some people don’t want them. What a pathetic excuse. Every order should have it and it is under the discretion of the customer if they want to use it or not. I haven’t had this issue with other Papa John’s and it is clear that this is the way they do it in this branch. I have been to many Papa John's locations within the US and couple in Canada. It was my first time to thelis 1891 Rathburn location. I know something was off when I opened the box ordered the Hawaiian and a Garden Fresh pizza. The pizza was missing toppings basically doe, where is the toppings is this location that cheap to nickel and dime it customers by stealing even the toppings that belong to the pizza I am paying for. Eating there felt so unsatisfactory, I had to go to Harvey's because the family was still so hungry just eating doe. Looking at the other reviews seems like everyone had similar experiences at his same location. I also mad ether mistake purchasing, the wings. The Wings were the worst wings I have ever tasted. They clearly went and bought from them lowest quality supplier. The wings had no meat they were all pure fat, I have never tasted wings like that in my entire life. Purely disgusting and very unhealthy selling fat ladden wings. I didn't think such wings were even possible.Again where the meat? Sadly this location give Papa John's a bad name. Avoid this location...
