Quiznos — Restaurant in Mississauga

This must be an awesome place and would love to visit it personally. I ordered from here through Uber Eats and that too 2 days in a row. The items we ordered were delicious and even the portions were correct size. The reason I wanted to write a review for them here is because of one of their chefs/staff. (Unfortunately I do not remember the name). They called us and told that the BBQ Pizza had bacon on it and one of the items had mentioned 'strictly no bacon'. From my name it seemed that I wouldn't eat bacon. So they just called to confirm if we really wanted bacon on the pizza. It was really thoughtful of the chef/ staff to do this or I wouldn't have been able to have the delicious pizza. Thank you to whoever it was and God bless them. Completely disappointed!! First time at this location. I ordered the Italian Sub. This had always been my favorite. I always order it cold. The owner said I should have it hot because it would taste better. I said I prefer it cold if the bread is fresh. He assured me it was fresh. It was terrible! Bread was dry and crumbly. Definitely not a fresh batch. Now I know why he wanted me to have it toasted. Meats were a very poor quality. If I hadn't skipped breakfast that day I wouldn't have eaten more than a bite. Asked for a Philly cheesesteak the man there put so much sauce on it I couldn’t even eat the whole sub, ate some of the first half of the 12 inch and didn’t even touch the other half of the sub as it was literally unable to because the sauce was everywhere could even hold it, when I asked the Manager who made my sub, why is there so much sauce. He said that’s how it’s, I said it made so you can’t hold it , the guy didn’t offer to make me a new one grab my food and threw it out and said here’s your money back.
