Subway — Restaurant in Mississauga

I came here for a quick supper stop and the lady was not at the front counter so I decided to make a quick washroom run while she got ready. By the time I got out, the lady accused me of smoking in the washroom in front of several customers and said that the washroom better be clean as if she was threatening me. She even went to the extent of threatening to call the cops if I didn’t buy something because the washroom is for customers only, even though they don’t have a sign and nobody told me that. Usually they would have a sign or you would have to ask for a key at the front desk if that was the case but no, it was accessible to the public and she claimed that I was wrong for using it. Every time I attempted to explain myself that she was busy which is why I decided to use the washroom because I had to go... she was quick to cut me off and humiliate me in front of everyone. I told her to call the cops if she’s suspicious and she quickly cooled down because she realized she’s overreacting. I didn’t even buy anything from this disgrace of a place. Very stingy location. I spent over $10 on my sub and I noticed the little thin Indian female employee carefully counting the pickles she placed on my sub (nearly one over each tomato), which I then requested she put more. She did the same with other toppings which ofcourse I asked for a proper amount. This shouldn't be the case as a first time customer to this location. Terrible delivery method for customer satisfaction. Not only that, I had to wait approx 5min until an employee showed up to serve me. I knocked on the "Employees Only" door to let them know there's a customer waiting to be served. She came out from the back and informed me she was throwing out the garbage which should not be done when there is only one employee in the entire restaurant during open hours....did my she wash her hands? I often order subs for pickup from this subway and all my experiences have been positive. The subs are always tasty and well made. I ordered a sub tonight and this was my 1st bad experience but not because of the sub maker (the sub was made very well) but because of the management of this subway. After ordering this sub i drive to the location and saw many people lined up. I had to wait nearly 30mins for my sub to finally be ready. A sub should never take nearly half an hour to be ready and the owners of this location should either hire more staff or remove the ability for customers to order subs in advance if they cant guarentee the sub will be ready by the time the customer is told to arrive by. I don't feel a sub should ever take 30mins to be completed and the manager and/or owner seriously needs to ensure this does not happen to...
