ITS TEA Mississauga — Restaurant in Mississauga

I found this place from TikTok and wanted to try it out because of the great reviews I've heard so far!

There is a variety of drinks to choose from, but I got the strawberry slush with cheese foam and tapioca. Since it was 20% off for the grand opening, my drink came out to be around $7.70 which is quite expensive for a bubble tea drink with the coupon applied as well. With the rise of food costs, it is understandable.

The taste of the strawberry slush was great! The ingredients tasted fresh, it wasn't too sweet (I got 50% sugar), and the tapioca had the brown sugar flavour and great chew. I would definitely return to try the other drinks.

The staff were friendly and made the drinks in a timely manner. When I received my drink, they forgot to add in the tapioca. Once I notified them, they apologized and swiftly remade my drink. I appreciate the quick service!

I would say this is the best bubble tea place in heartland area so far. I recommend any bubble tea lovers...

If you want quality bubble tea in a timely manner and want to get exactly what you want, please go elsewhere in Mississauga. There are tons better than this place. Went the other night with a couple friends, nobody else was in the store at the time and they took SO long to make 3 drinks. around 25 minutes for all of our drinks and then I couldn't even get exactly what I wanted because they were out of some topping for it and it would've been a 20 minute ADDITIONAL wait. I said forget it and had to settle for another drink there. After waiting 25 minutes we quickly left and went back home. When we got home my friend realized she didn't get her cheese foam topping which she added additional and was over a dollar extra... will never be back and I urge you to...

As a loyal customer of Its Tea, I was deeply disappointed by my recent visit at Mississauga location. No one greeted me when I entered the store. Service was painfully slow – it took a whopping 13 minutes to prepare just three drinks. BTW, it was not busy at all. To my dismay, even though it was two hours before closing time, they had run out of both taro and pearls. The taste was a far cry from other locations; it was downright underwhelming and not what I expected. To top it off, The female staff did not tie up their long hair, which I felt was not conducive to food health.
