Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

I'm an executive in the food industry. I came to Mississauga at the request of a sister company of my own for two weeks of work. In my time here, I've been to the Tim Horton’s located at 475 Courtneypark Dr E in Mississauga twice. Each time I ordered a Sausage Farmers wrap combo. Tim Horton’s clearly defines a Farmer’s Wrap “combo” as including the wrap, a hash brown and a drink. On both occasions, I received the Farmer’s Wrap and the drink but not the hash brown. When I enquired as to why I was not receiving what I ordered, I was told ‘it didn’t come with a hash brown’ and ‘you got a doughnut’. I had bought the doughnut separately. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told they weren’t there, and I could try back later if I wanted to. It’s easy to understand that Tim Horton’s is a very large, billion-dollar company. However, this behavior is extremely poor customer service and is not an excuse for the way customers are being treated as. I hope that I’m mistaken however, I believe I’m likely not the first customer to have this experience at this Courtneypark Dr location.

I recommend avoiding this location when ever possible. I also recommend that the Tim Horton’s executives in charge of quality control for the area of Mississauga look deeper into this locations’ customer service practices.

I can give this tim Horton less than 1 star , my friend ordered egg farmers wrap and they provided him with bacon and eggs wrap thou the cover said egg and he does not eat bacon at all, this is not the first time the order has been screwed this is a regular routine at this Tim’s we mostly order coffee from this tim for work as this is the closest tim and they always mess up our order either their staff is over whelmed with work or either this tim has really lazy employee , my friend went to complaint about the farmers wrap and the answer was we do not have a manager on duty only supervisor and that supervisor did not seem to be concerned at all to offer some kind of apology or offer some meal or anything at all , thou pictures were provided. Just a note to the owner you really need to pay Attention to what your staff is doing as this will make you loose business I am just one of the upset customer don’t know how many more people face...

I had a crew of 30+ people and I tried to place an order at another TH nearby (6966 Financial Drive, Missisagua)(the night before so they could prepare). The manager of that other TH WOULD NOT TAKE MY ORDER! (hundreds of $)!!

The Courtney Park location took and fulfulled my order the morning of (after I stressed out all night! How am I gonna feed everyone? By the way I do this at that location EVERY YEAR, last year the manager asked me to place the order the night before. Imagine my shock.) after an extra 15 minute drive each way.

There was a bit of grumbling from the cashier, but then they got down to business and satisfied all of us. Awesome! I was panicking and this staff helped us with a calming smile. Thank you to staff and management at 475 Courtney Park! You secured my business for all my mississauga...
