First of all - I work close to this place and can actually give a honest review. I did a test this week and got a bagel and a coffee everyday for 5 days straight. I ensured to order the same thing and wanted to expose this location on how bad there service is.
Not one day was my order what I wanted exactly, being a major company like Tim Hortons I would expect them to my order correct 1/5 times, wouldn’t you? This place is heavily mismanaged and the workers talk to you like they would rather be at home.
My bagels were never cut properly in half, and many of the times it was the wrong bagel or the wrong cream cheese.
My coffee was never made the same or consistently, there was a few days where I would receive a coffee without sugar when clearly indicating a double double.
I have been incorrectly charged at this location multiple times and have been given the difference in “coins”. Why would I want a refund in coins if I paid through a card.
Overall this location is one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever been to in Canada. I hope Tim Hortons takes care of this situation and uphold the values they advertise.

   Read morebeen visiting this Tim Hortons location for the last 4-5 days, usually placing 1-2 pickup orders daily through the Tim Hortons app. However, every time I arrive, the items I order are unavailable. I have repeatedly told the staff that if an item is not available at their location, it should not be shown as available on the app. Despite this, they continue to list unavailable items, which is misleading and frustrating.
The service at this location is extremely poor, and the staff’s attitude towards customers is unacceptable. This used to be my go-to Tim Hortons because it was close to my home, but after experiencing such terrible service, I will never return.
Moreover, there is no proper customer support option on the Tim Hortons app, which makes it even more frustrating. It’s a complete waste of time when customers place an order online only to find out upon arrival that the item is unavailable. Instead of making customers wait 10 minutes for a refund, the process should be quick and efficient. To make matters worse, even when they refund the payment, they deduct a few cents instead of returning the full amount.
After dealing with this issue for the last few days, I am leaving this review. Honestly, even 1 star feels too generous for the kind of unprofessional service...
   Read moreThis was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. I ordered a dark roast coffee around 9:30 PM. They told me it was brewing and asked me to wait 3 minutes. I waited, got my coffee, and went home.
The moment I tasted it, it was disgusting — it literally tasted like detergent. Not just bad — chemically strong and completely undrinkable. This is a serious health risk.
I drove all the way back to the store, receipt in hand, to report the issue and ask them to check the coffee. Instead of taking my concern seriously, the manager — who introduced herself as or was called Kamlah — blamed me. She had the nerve to say, “You didn’t get this coffee from here.”
Seriously? Over a coffee that costs less than $2, I’m being treated like I’m lying?
She didn’t even ask for my receipt at first — just jumped straight to denial and attitude. Eventually, she made another coffee — but used the same cup — and guess what? Same disgusting chemical smell.
This isn’t just bad service. This is irresponsible, disrespectful, and dangerous. The equipment clearly needs to be checked, and the staff needs proper training on how to handle real customer concerns. I will not be returning to this location and I hope higher management takes this seriously — before...
