Wing Machine — Restaurant in Mississauga

Ordered 70$ worth of food yesterday off of skip the dishes. Will start by saying this is not entirely restaurants fault. Order took nearly 2 hours to get to our house, and which point both burgers were absolutely soggy, lettuce wilted and my burger was missing the bacon I paid extra for. There was a tear in the packaging and I ended up slicing my finger open trying to open the wings. Onion rings were extremely cold and soggy. Did not get my cheesy garlic breadsticks. The wings however, were delicious! Best I've had in a long time besides being cold and having to eat them while my thumb is sore and bleeding lol. I worked at a restaurant that dealt with skip the dishes, and my advice to you is to figure out a way that you can either keep the food warm until courier arrives, or time it better so that it is coming out maybe a bit before their arrival. Overall was pretty disappointed I wasted a lot of money, but would maybe give this place another shot in person as the reviews are stellar for in store experience and as I said the wings were...

Guy tried to argue with me saying that the wing machine has always deep-fried their wings. That’s not what they’re famous for. They are famous for baking. Their wings. They had best tasting baked wings not deep-fried anyways got my money back and left. I always went to the one on Parliament in Toronto and they were always baked right in front of you. Young guy working counter talking smack about me to other employee in another language. Had to bug him to get service as he was busy standing there listening to music in his earphones. Mumbled pleasantries to me as I left. Worst experience ever. It was bad enough the owner doesn't keep half the wing machine menu because people don't buy it the rude guy told me. This place is run like jersey shore actor wannabes with no inventory of food. Class act all the way...
