Ordered 70$ worth of food yesterday off of skip the dishes. Will start by saying this is not entirely restaurants fault. Order took nearly 2 hours to get to our house, and which point both burgers were absolutely soggy, lettuce wilted and my burger was missing the bacon I paid extra for. There was a tear in the packaging and I ended up slicing my finger open trying to open the wings. Onion rings were extremely cold and soggy. Did not get my cheesy garlic breadsticks. The wings however, were delicious! Best I've had in a long time besides being cold and having to eat them while my thumb is sore and bleeding lol. I worked at a restaurant that dealt with skip the dishes, and my advice to you is to figure out a way that you can either keep the food warm until courier arrives, or time it better so that it is coming out maybe a bit before their arrival.
