The new owner is extremely rude to her staff. Yells at them in front of customers. Has only 2 employees working because the pay increase is something she can't afford I guess. They are only allowed half a break which is ridiculous. 1 employee was stuck filling donuts, cleaning and serving customers. Respect and compassion is needed in this establishment. EDIT: I mentioned to a staff member, I had seen a night time employee come in for her shift, not wash her hands or wear gloves and handle cheese, stacking it for the next day. I took a short video to prove it. The staff member also stated, she has seen it herself many times. That staff member then told the owner who had the audacity to come up to me while I was having a coffee and speaking to my minor child and rudely interrupt me, stating she is an ex cop from Toronto and never to videotape in her store again. She was trying to intimidate me and bully me. She told me not to shop around to her staff, if I have a problem to contact her. First of all, I did not shop around to her staff. I simply replied to her staff member about seeing the night time woman doing the same thing. We finished our drinks and left. I contacted corporate and explained what had just happened and they apologized immensely. Clearly not corporates fault but I appreciate them taking this concern seriously. For an owner to try to intimidate by stating she's an ex cop is extremely unprofessional. My father is an ex cop from 22 division but you don't see me throwing that around. I have spent so much money in this location for many years and this is the way I get treated?! Ridiculous! I will NEVER attend this location again in my life. Also please know this place is full of flies, which most come out of the bathroom and land on the food. Very unsanitary and I will be contacting Health and Safety regarding the uncleanliness of...
Read moreUpdate: night staff at the drive through still horrible, and so u professional. How do you laugh at someone through the order speaker and screw up the single coffee order and say we were laughing, that's why she didn't get the order and then argue with the customer???? Tried to give Tim's the benefit of the doubt and try again, but they don't care.....Tim's lost a customer and Starbucks gained a loyal one for life! Do better with training your staff on customer service. Disgraceful and shameful!
Horrible location, extremely rude and unfriendly staff and I'm not discriminating but please put English speaking staff on the drive thru, orders are constantly wrong, where you get 3 cream in a French vanilla from "a sleeve" is beyond me (mind you I am referring to the staff that is on the evening shift. I always go after work (6ish) and it's the same workers. They squish our food in one small bag and everything's a mess, maple icing from the donut all over the cinnamon twist, like let's use some...
Read moreJust a consistent let down. This location consistently disappoints me on multiple levels. I walk to work from the GO station nearby, pick up a coffee and continue walking to work. Every morning even though I'm usually the only person inside I wait on average 4 minutes to be served because the drive-through is the only priority for these people. Multiply the wait time by 4 minutes for every 1 person in front of you as well. I used to buy a breakfast sandwich everyday but this locations biscuits are consistently over baked completely dried out. So I stopped getting them a month ago. Today I got to work (on a snowy freezing Monday) and I swear my coffee is the weakest one I've ever drank. It honestly tastes like water and cream. They must have run multiple pots through the grounds because this tastes absolutely terrible. Why do you have to be...
