Terrible. worked here. They sent out the wrong food on a delivery. went and fixed order and saved the food that was returned (after some of it was eaten) and resent it out to another order! food dropped on ground the just rinse it off and re-plate it. the metal apparatus in which fries are stored is so covered in old fryer grease and dusty lint , it looks like a stuffed animal. I had to get aggressive to get my pay for working there, apparently they felt they didn't need to pay me because i was receiving "valuable life skills"... im 34 with almost 20 years cooking/ bar tending/ serving experience.

The brothers who run it legit surrounded me in what I can only assume was an attempt to intimidate me into not demanding my pay. They have lots of business which is a shame , if their regulars saw the back of house they would never return. if you want the cheapest cut for the highest price this is the place for you. ANYWHERE IS BETTER THEN HERE!

I pray for justice, for all people who ever eaten here... whether you liked it or not.. I wish you could understand how filthy and terribly run this place is. Greedy corner cutters, just so ashamed for having ever been a part of it , if even for only 3 shifts.

Honestly someone should call the health department on these con men. Also the owner half threatened me after i demanded and received my pay. He promised one day we will cross paths again. However I am starting to assume that is about as sturdy a promise as finding a quality meal at this dive.

UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE: This is not a fake review, please anybody contact me who thinks thats true. I will gladly recite my views on this slum spot for you. owners lack of response is the perfect metaphor for the effort put into every meal you...

Placed an order at 522 pm. At 7 pm I called and was asked by a lovely young lady if I wanted to cancel. I said no, its been 1.5 hours we have waited already, od wait ot out. I was told the owner/manager would call me after the rush and they couldn't give me an eta for my order. No delivery and no call back. I call back at 8pm and the "owner/manager" said it wasn't his fault, he instructed his young employee to cancel it and it wasn't his fault if she didn't. He then proceeded to put who I am assuming was a teenager/ young adult on the phone to handle the complaint after asking her while I could hear if she told me. She explained she didn't say that to me. I felt bad for the young girl and asked to speak to the "manager" again. He proceeded to speak over me and tell me it was not his fault and then raised his voice to what I'd consider yelling and said I'll refund you and hung up. I have ordered from there many times in the past( and had it delivered to the same adress ) and never had an issue. I understand everyone has a bad night at work once in a while but after the way that was handled blaming a young employee when it was something clearly to be handled by a manager I can't bring myself to support a business owner like that. I have never experienced anything even close to that. If that was my child I would not want them treated like that and I certainly would not want that to be the example of what a leader at a place of employment should be for them either. Telling a paying customer 3 hours after they order and after having ordered before to the same address and never had a problem AND after embarrassing an employee doesn't count. I'll also mention I never recieved a call. I had to follow up myself at 1.5 hours...

I drive for a livng and am always on the go .. Today I phoned in my order fpr a pizza as i usually dont have much spare time. Went in got my pizza.. it had just come out of the oven. I left and let it cool down while i drove off.. about 10 min down the road I opened it up to grab a slice and realized it was not what I ordered.

I call the restaurant back and explained that it was not what i ordered. She rudley told me that is what i ordered. I said.. no what i ordered was The Almote special according to the website it doesnt have olives or onions on it. She tried to tell me i ordered the deluxe and it had that on it.. Any way she said bring it back and we will make you another one. I tried to explain that i was on a schedule and did not have time to drive back 10 min.. wait for them to make another one and that i would be way behind.. She Asked well what do you want to do. I said well next time i am through town we can fix it then. She flat out said no we fix it now or not at all. I said well I guess You wont ever see me coming back to your restaurant and she said Good.

I guess the lesson i have learned is to alway check my order...
