Greco Pizza — Restaurant in Moncton

DO. NOT. ORDER. HERE. Dont even deserve the one star, services were a complete dumpster fire, ordered a pizza said the street completely clear and what we wanted and gave a phone number clearly, than we wait for an hour and nothing showed up and no call, we called back trying to find out what happened than they tried to say they did call tho we were watching the phones waiting and nope, nothing at all, we asked for the manager or supervisor and they wouldnt pass it to the higher ups, tried to blame it on us, than started all over again everything sounded good just to be called 15 mins later to be told we where out of the delivery zone? So we wasted 1.5 hours than called the greeko on killam said our story to them and asked to see what they could do to fix this massive issue and they said the best they can do is 5$ off for wasting almost 2 hours of our time, honestly dont waste time with them, they lost a life time customer that use to tip pretty good will NEVER go there again even if they where the last pizza place in...

I got the XXL works Donaire stuffed crust. Sadly, it's just a regular party pizza they cut smaller. But for once I will give credit , was not raw. As far as I've noticed yet, but I paid for two Greco dips, cheddar chipotle, what I got was homemade spicy salad dressing, it's a strange brown color instead of the brightly orange cheddar color the real one has, and has so much pepper that even if you don't care about the burn, you can't get past the taste of eating mouthful s of pepper. I am also having trouble finding anything cheese flavored in it and I'm having my doubts that there is any. I bought a prepackaged dip and got something I'm afraid to eat. Unfortunately, my experience at Greco Pizza was a letdown. Not only was my food not cooked properly, but the workers attitude which I believe was their manager made it even worse. When I politely brought the issue to her attention, she became defensive and rude, which was completely uncalled for. She continued to be short with me as she fixed my order, making the whole experience unpleasant. Given the poor service and food quality, I won't be returning to this location. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their customer service and food...
