Today at 9:30am ,I was at Nana's to purchase a dessert for guests who were visiting later in the morning. There was very little to choose from outside of 5 trays of squares. I began my order, saying I wanted to buy 8 squares. I choose 2 from the first tray, planning on choosing 2 from the first 4 trays. As I was ordering, a male baker removed 2 of the trays I was ordering from. I asked the server to get 2 each from the removed trays. She returned saying they were deemed too old to sell and had been THROWN OUT. I was not given the option to purchase them. I was told fresh squares were being baked but not yet ready for sale. I am not happy that I was not given the option to purchase these sauares, nor informed the ones I had been in the process of purchasing were considered to old to sell.
