Outstanding service : the team is energetic and professional and seems to really care about customers. The pistachio mlabes was simply perfect : moist, fresh, not too sweet, and one of the best I ever had the pleasure to try. The two patés were good, not greasy, flavorful. Assisdat e zgougou was good although not pungent enough and decorated with nuts that should have been roasted not raw. Unfortunately, the rest of what we purchased was lacking : the Russe noisette was made with a terrible buttercream, which tasted like ammonia. The petits fours were not made with almonds only but had some flour, which is not what the original recipe calls for. Next time I am in the area, I will give this place another try and update...

Read moreI don't know where the good ratings come from but it's clearly not a good bakery (at least for croissants and pain au chocolat) the fact that there is little competition in Montreal allows them to serve products defrosted (this was the case for pastries).
