A&W Canada — Restaurant in Montreal

I guess, because when I tried ordering something, I'm "too slow" to make up my mind as that's my first time to go to that store and I need to see up on the wall menu what they have, the young white service guy put my order on hold (that's what I figured out when I see severa other guests who came after me but got their ordered meal before me). When I ask another service girl about my order, she checked my order status and said sorry and immediatly got my hamburger ready. What a cheap service from a cheap guy! Will never go this...

The customer service at the drive thru was awful. Few employees thought it was funny to keep adding items to the order and start laughing on the microphone. When we asked for explanation at the window, one of the employees who was apparently done his shift was extremely aggressive and condescending . I left without my order since the whole staff seemed to be amused by the whole situation. I usually come to the drive around that time and never had any issues, I’m extremely disappointed by the whole night...

This is my neighborhood A&W but I won't be going back. This is the third time the Hamburger was served cold. Considering this visit was just before lunch I don't understand how the burger meat can be cold to the touch. I feel as though it was sitting on the counter for an hour without a heat lamp.

To be fair every other A&W I go to is always fresh and hot.

I hope management takes the appropriate action to resolve...
